清潔感があり、広く、スタッフの愛想もすごく良かった

長い休暇に来るには最高のロケーションでしょう。私はどうしても市内に宿が取れなかった1泊ぶんだったので、ちょっと遠かったですが。

バルセロナ中心地から少し離れております。 駅もホテルから少し遠くの場所にあります。 空港からタクシーから60€くらい発生しました。 ホテル自体はキレイで満足ですが、立地が少し良くないかもしれません。

良かった点 ホテルスタッフが快く予約変更や延泊にも応じてくれ、飛行機の予約チケットの印刷も引き受けてくれた。電車一本でカタルーニャ駅まで行けた。朝食はバリエーションは少ないが味は良かった。 悪かった点 部屋にあるハンドタオルが一部汚れていた。冷蔵庫ではなくミニバーなので買ってきた飲み物が冷やせなかった。晩御飯はルームサービスしかなかった。共用のパソコンが一台しかなく、プリンターもなかった。最寄り駅まで徒歩16分と少し遠かった。

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The biggest issue was the strong cigarette smell throughout the property. My room smelled like smoke, and the hallways were no better, making the environment very unpleasant. In addition, only one elevator was working during my stay, which caused long wait times and inconvenience, especially during busy hours. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was also below expectations. The common areas and room did not appear to be maintained to a satisfactory standard, and the property felt worn and neglected. Unfortunately, due to the smoke odor, maintenance issues, and lack of cleanliness, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Bueno no me llevaron al aeropuerto pero estuvo muy bien la atención, limpieza, servicio y la ubicación también fácil el transporte y buen precio 👌

The hotel felt more like a 3-star property than a 4-star. On arrival, check-in was quick and efficient, which was a positive start. However, the room fell well below expectations. The bedroom floor was dirty and covered in hair, and the bathroom was in a poor state, with grime around the bath and stained walls. There were also numerous silverfish in the bedroom, which was completely unacceptable. The room lacked basic amenities such as a kettle or any facilities for making tea or coffee, which was disappointing for a hotel of this supposed standard. On the second day, I had to queue for over 30 minutes just to get a key card that wasn’t working. During my four-day stay, there appeared to be only one staff member at reception, which significantly impacted the level of customer service. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for a 4-star hotel.

Falta mantenimiento/ renovación

Je retourne depuis plusieurs années début avril pour 2 jours, pour affaire. Hotel très calme et proche de ma destination. L'ensemble de l'hotel est propre, parking en sous sol. Rien à dire pour le petit déjeuner, pour ma part, il y a le choix. pas de restaurant à midi mais le personnel sait vous indiquer de bons plans. il y a possibilité de diner le soir mais prévoyez léger. situation près des autoroutes qui vous emmène soit coté Barcelone soit costa brava.

Limpio, silencioso, la ducha iba bien y la cama era como el campo de Oliver y Benji. Recomendado.

Clean rooms, perfect location for a local Taekwondo competition for us. Good public transport links.

The room was great

Room was average, remodeled, but there were some detalis to improve (the desk was shaky, the A/C didn't work properly and the buffet was ok)

Stanza di buone dimensioni per due, letto grande e spazioso, bagno con vasca piacevole e pulito. Purtroppo la camera aveva i muri sporchi e peggio ancora un odore di fumo terribile che ci ha costretto a stare con la finestra aperta per tutte le 2 notti.. doveva essere una zona non fumatori ma era peggio che stare in un portacenere ! Osceno !!

La chambre était vraiment chaude, nous avions payé pour le petit déjeuné lors de la reservations il étaient incappable de le voir dans le système bien qu'il nous l'ait inclus à la fin. La nourriture était vraiment mid et l'annonce porte à confusion car l'hotrl n'est pas situé à Barcelone.
