家族4人で2泊させていただきました。 今まで泊まったホテルの中でも、心地良さ、清潔さは最高レベルでした。 お部屋のインテリアはモダンな感じでとても素晴らしく、広さも十分でした。 カトラリーは清潔かつ充実していて、コーヒーメーカーやオーブン、洗濯機、乾燥機ということなしでした。 朝食はとても美味しく、宿泊する際にはぜひ利用してほしいと思います。 また泊まりたいホテルの1つです。

プールが良かった。 部屋は新しくは無かったが、広く掃除はキチンとされていた。

賑わってる街からは少し距離がありますが、少し行けばスーパーもあるし、問題無かったです。 それより、部屋は広くて清潔。感動しました！また是非泊まりたいです。

コンシェルジュの対応もホテルも良かったんですが、部屋の流しが水漏れしてしまうため、使用する度に床を気にしないといけなかったのが面倒でした。 あと駐車場も不足しているため、ホテル敷地内の空いてる道路に停める必要がありました。

3人の子供がプールに夢中になり 観光に行くか？プールに行くか？親子の駆け引きが発生 それだけ子供たちにとっても気持ちの高揚が出来る楽しいホテルでした。

今回宿泊した部屋は、３ベッドルームでしかも各部屋にトイレ付でした。オーストラリアだからできる宿泊施設だと思いますが満足度は高く、素晴らしい旅行ができました。

部屋もきれいで雰囲気も良く、レビューを参考にして正解だった。レストランで釜焼きピザが食べられるのを期待していたけど、オーブン釜が作動していない曜日もあるためチェックが必要。

staff were friendly and helpful, amenities were great and family friendly, pool area was great and meals we had there were up to or above expected. One waitress in the breakfast area, Bridgit, stood out with excellent customer service as I had laryngitis and couldn't talk much and as soon as she knew, she offered to make me a hot honey and lemon drink for my breakfast drink. This happened 2 days in a row and I was very appreciative of her care and attention. Well done Bridgit :-)

Had a lovely one night stay here. The apartment was lovely and it was great having the courtesy bus into Hastings Street. The staff on reception were very friendly as was the lady who drove the bus. Have stayed here before and would stay again.

Room clean, staff friendly

We stayed in a 3 bedroom with rooftop spa and it was very spacious and clean. Only constructive feedback would be to put a ceiling fan on the downstairs balcony. The free shuttle into town was awesome and a great service to have since the resort is out of town. Staff were great and helpful also. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone!

Great for families, the food was great. The staff was awesome maybe a little overworked was the vibe we got so hope they are being kept happy.

Great family holiday destination, accommodating to little ones and able to keep them entertained all day.

Well setup for families with great pool area, games room, soft play etc. Buffet breakfast was nice, otherwise the food was average. King suite was comfy and spacious, but kitchen was too basic to cook in. Overall great for families and staff very friendly.

The bathroom toilet wasn't 100% clean but over all room standard was fine.

Excellent room, got a free upgrade and staff also gave us a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. Restaurant was great. Courtesy buss into town is very convenient. Ammenities are perfect, pool is great and perfect for families.
