家族4人で2泊させていただきました。 今まで泊まったホテルの中でも、心地良さ、清潔さは最高レベルでした。 お部屋のインテリアはモダンな感じでとても素晴らしく、広さも十分でした。 カトラリーは清潔かつ充実していて、コーヒーメーカーやオーブン、洗濯機、乾燥機ということなしでした。 朝食はとても美味しく、宿泊する際にはぜひ利用してほしいと思います。 また泊まりたいホテルの1つです。

プールが良かった。 部屋は新しくは無かったが、広く掃除はキチンとされていた。

賑わってる街からは少し距離がありますが、少し行けばスーパーもあるし、問題無かったです。 それより、部屋は広くて清潔。感動しました！また是非泊まりたいです。

コンシェルジュの対応もホテルも良かったんですが、部屋の流しが水漏れしてしまうため、使用する度に床を気にしないといけなかったのが面倒でした。 あと駐車場も不足しているため、ホテル敷地内の空いてる道路に停める必要がありました。

3人の子供がプールに夢中になり 観光に行くか？プールに行くか？親子の駆け引きが発生 それだけ子供たちにとっても気持ちの高揚が出来る楽しいホテルでした。

今回宿泊した部屋は、３ベッドルームでしかも各部屋にトイレ付でした。オーストラリアだからできる宿泊施設だと思いますが満足度は高く、素晴らしい旅行ができました。

部屋もきれいで雰囲気も良く、レビューを参考にして正解だった。レストランで釜焼きピザが食べられるのを期待していたけど、オーブン釜が作動していない曜日もあるためチェックが必要。

Fantastic

The one issue we had was our request for a portocot. We made a request well in advance and was told a portocot would be supplied. Once we arrived and checked in the Portocot was not in the room (our baby had to sleep in the car). House keeping arranged one but the mattress was too small (which is a safety issue). Another portocot was arranged which had the correct mattress size, however there was mould on all 4 edges sides of the top rails of the portocot. Very frustrating particularly when travelling with a young baby.

Really great staff in all areas, from housekeeping, reception and food/bar service - friendly and quick to respond, thanks for a relaxing stay.

Wonderful engaged staff created us and loved that they sent us an email prior to our arrival date and asked what we would like for our suite and they upgraded us to the top floor of a two bedroom suite absolutely lovely the bathroom products were great and the coffee and milk frother were fantastic upgrade

It was nice to stay away from the business of Hastings Street. The shuttle bus every hour was a great perk. We did drive down in the evening because the bishops at 6pm. I parking wasn’t so bad. We enjoyed the pool, room, food options, and breakfast!! We would stay again

Wij zijn zeer gastvrij ontvangen in dit prachtige resort. Het is perfect voor alle leeftijden. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijke en alles was netjes.

Not a 5 star. Breakfast was basic. Needs another restaurant for amount of guests. We made a reservation for the restaurant and when we arrived they had no table for us. Ran out of pool towels twice in the few days we were there.

Arrived at a beautiful resort with absolutely everything you need. Facilities were perfect for a family. We will definitely be returning

We had a great time at the resort. The accommodation was clean, aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. The staff were all helpful and kind. The pool is sweet with a little beach entry. My son found it a little young for him (age 11) as there were so many younger kids but may have been the time of year we visited. He was a big fan of the free arcade! We visited main beach daily, about a 5 minute drive. There isn't much to walk to but we had a car and they do offer a free shuttle.

Yes definitely. Kids of all different ages were having the best time

If you have small children then this is a great resort. We didn’t go swimming as there were always so many children in the pool and spa. The buffet breakfast was great. I didn’t personally like the other food options that much. Lacked taste and appeared to be mass cooked. Check-in process was easy but getting the suit cases up two lots of stairs was hard as there isn’t a lift and no offer from staff the help us. Courtesy shuttle bus was very convenient and was consistent. Not somewhere I would stay again personally, but for families it is ideal.
