ワナカ湖までは散歩がてら歩いて行ける距離で、スーパーやレストランにも行きやすく、便利な立地でした。 部屋の前にはきれいな小川が流れていて、落ち着いた雰囲気です。斜め前ではアパートの工事をしていましたが、私たちは特に気になりませんでした。 部屋は広く清潔で、洗濯機と乾燥機が備え付けられていたのが、長期旅行中にはとても助かりました。駐車場も部屋の近くに専用スペースが指定されているので安心です。 夜はフロントスタッフがいませんが、遅い到着にも対応できるよう案内が用意されているようでした。チェックアウトは鍵をポストに入れるだけで、とてもスムーズでした。 立地と設備のバランスがよく、快適に過ごせるモーテルでした。

ホテル敷地脇の小川の流れる音が、リゾート感を盛り上げてくれる素敵なホテルでした。 スタッフもNZらしく親しみやすいフレンドリーな対応で良かったです。 また、車で5分程、クィーンズタウンのほうへ向かうと、人工衛星も確認できる程の、素晴らしい星空が堪能でき、天の川も満喫出来ました！ 次回も、他のホテルで若干の設備の違い等で悩むより、全体的に整ったこのモーテルを選ぶと思います。 お勧めです！

1 studio unit に宿泊しました。3連泊するので、キッチンと洗濯機がある事と値段で決めました。 スタッフは、親切で、あれこれ、聞かなくても情報提供してくれましたが、お部屋が不快でした。お部屋の玄関は、クモの巣だらけ、タオルは、黒ずんで、臭い。鍋等の取っ手は、取れそう。洗濯機には、カビ繁殖。毎日の清掃は、ゴミの始末ぐらいで、備品の補充は、一切無く、二度と泊りたくないです。

如果廚房有多一點用品（例如錫紙等）會更好。不好的地方是前台open 時間比較短。另外就是中文告示寫的好奇怪，我看不懂它在說什麼。

Super clean room. Washing machine and dryer was present in the room so it’s very convenient to do laundry. Water pressure of shower and temperature was out of this world, best shower I have taken in New Zealand. Will definitely come back to stay if ever in Wanaka.

Check-in was a breeze. The receptionist was very friendly. Room was relatively clean upon entering, though it smelled a little of bacon grease, I had to air out the room, which was simple to do as there are windows that are easily accessible on the patio door. The washer/dryer inside the unit was very convenient as well the kitchen stove and microwave. I have asked for a ground floor room due to the fact I didnot want to have to carry my luggage up the stairway, I was given an accessible room with a rolled-in shower as well as a lowered sink which were a little inconvenient to use. Other than that, it was an okay stay for one night.

the room was large and very accommodating. Really pretty view with the creek flowing behind the hotel. I was very happy staying here.

The suite was clean and next to a beautiful brook. It was also conveniently located to things we needed or wanted to see.

The location is perfect, close to city centre while remains in a tranquil area for relaxing. The room is confortable, cealntand well-equipped. The staffs is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

It was close to town and slept good.

Room was clean and functional, however, our room was right beside a construction site. The saving grace was it no construction activity due to a holiday. There is a nice brook running behind the motel. And it's a quick walk to the lake and restaurants and bars.
