総合評価とレビュー Buono Hotel

空港からタクシーでホテルにチェックイン。タクシーの運転手が請求した金額が予想より高かったのでフロントの方に相談して、相場を教えてもらいました。やはり高く請求されていた。フロントの方に運転手との料金交渉をお願いしたところ快くして下さいました。助かりました🎵

街からはタクシーで８ユーロぐらいかかるが、空港からは１０分ほどの距離。帰国前日に泊まる場所としては最適で、ホテル名も運転手に浸透しているので便利。設備もよくてバーもある、ちゃんとしたホテル。タクシーの手配もしてくれた。

立地以外は安いし、いいと思う。レイトチェックも問題ない！ 英語可、wifiもポイント ビジネスエリアにあるけど、夏休みなので幅広い人がいた。

Easy and smooth check in. Staff are all super friendly and helpful

We stayed here during our whirlwind tour of Europe. This was a last-second stay because the place I had originally booked was in (what looked like) a seedy part of town. The room was small but comfortable. The elevator was very tiny and we had to make two trips to get our bags from the garage (free parking) to the room. The staff were friendly and we had no problems with our stay. It was difficult to get to due to all of the road construction in the area. We didn't get a chance to look around because we got there so late, but it looked like a nice area.

Not as close to the airport as set out. Room was small, very clean.

The hotel was clean and staff were lovely and friendly. It was on a major road so was quite noisy at times although once inside the hotel courtyard it was much diminished. Our room was well proportioned but the only window was too high up the wall to see through and faced out to the busy road and was adjacent to a tram stop. We know there are other rooms with better windows. Breakfast was continental style and plenty on offer. We didnt have any coffee or tea facilities in the room but you can order coffee via room service. Having the tram stop right outside was very convenient for getting into the heart of Naples quickly (10 min)

Room was almost like a basement had a small window at the top of the roof otherwise very dark. Area felt unsafe and was noisy from highway, traffic, and tram. Get what you pay for.

Not the best area but it's close to the airport, staff was great and the room was decent and clean.

The wifi doesn't work in the room, it isn't near anything - our view was the underbelly of the freeway ramps that it sits directly beneath. It is in a terrible area, not close to anything - nothing within walking distance, and it is 20 - 30 Euros, one way, to go anywhere. We felt completely stuck there.

We loved our stay at Buono Hotel. The courtyard is pretty and the steps up to the hotel are beautiful. Lorenzo was wonderful to greet us and make sure we were comfortable after our long trip to the hotel. Lorenzo also recommended a local pizza place and they had great pizza! The room was clean, shower great, and we had to leave early the next day so Lorenzo made sure we had a taxi and arranged for us to have the breakfast buffet earlier than it was scheduled so we could eat before we left. This is a wonderful hotel with fantastic service and a delicious breakfast.

We arrived very late and the person at the reception desk was wonderful and kind. He was patient as we got settled. The next morning, we were helped again, the reception answered and questions we had. The breakfast was delicious. Bravo!! I lived this place. The room was great too!

A great stay, close to the airport. Area doesn’t have the best options for dinning however, a short drive into the city and the staff and cleanliness of the hotel made up for it.

Hotel under an elevated highway - no noise buffering from other rooms

Hotel non in una zona bellissima, ma appena si entra nel giardino cambia tutto. Davvero ben tenuto, pulito e molto accogliente. La camera è essenziale, letto e cuscini comodi, tv grande. Manca un frigo bar. Bagno pulito con un set limitato ma con sapone molto profumato. Asciugamani per la doccia troppo piccoli. La colazione non è stata granché. Paradossalmente è stata molto più buona quella salata, con salame fresco e mozzarelle, che quella dolce. I cornetti erano freddi e un po' duri. Era mista ma non di qualità eccelsa. Molto cortese e disponibile il personale. Si può parcheggiare nel garage al costo di 10€ a notte.

A very nice hotel near the airport. But not walkable.

Solo lo usamos para dormir, no alcanzamos a desayunar, con lo básico para estar, muy cómodo para dormir y cerca del aeropuerto. Recepción muy atenta.
