部屋は快適でサービスも良い

Hotel yang sangat bagus, lokasinya berada di Dashijie metro subway station, jadi sangat dekat ke tempat-tempat wisata lainnya, hanya 1 stasiun jika mau ke People square, Yu Garden, Xintian Di dan lainnya. Kamar cukup bersih walau termasuk hotel lama.

great location, Dashijie metro station is right next to the hotel. great rooms. but they don't have connecting rooms though.

We were staying 4days 3nights in metropole shanghai hotel, the last day in shanghai we were going to disney since morning(the doll still there), and of course we back from disney at night, and find out that my kids lovely teddy bear doll (yellow brown) was not in the room already, the doll that they take care for 6 years and it was missing (2020, january 2nd), already asked the room service hotel but they easily say ,sorry we cannot find it, even the receptionist also seems like not too care about the loosing thing of the guest. Now ,every time the remember about the doll, they cry.. And I cannot replace their feeling to the doll. Seems like your hotel is not safe for guest belonging !! If you don't find the doll, and take it seriously, and I am sure it is your hotel fault, I can spread this unsatisfying and unresponsible case of loosing thing by the room cleaning service to internet and viral and let every people know about it. The recepsionists'name are chenjie and ronny 张文...and the cleaning service name is 强林珠

Room 419 was haunted. I can hear someone whistling from the toilet while I was all alone and some other mysterious incident.

Good location. Next to dashijie MRT. Lots of good restaurant behind hotel
