There was no refrigerator and no cold water to drink. The staff was all very kind and cheerful. The breakfast has no vegetable.

カーン駅からトラムで10分ほどの落ち着いた雰囲気の街にあります。スーパーやカフェなども近くにあります。部屋は清潔だし、フロントの方の対応もよいです。しかし、アメニティがお粗末です。湯沸かしポットなどお茶セット、シャンプーリンス、セーフティボックスがありません（液体石けんは洗面台、シャワールームにあります）でした。冷蔵庫、バスタブもありません。海外ホテルには日本のビジネスホテルのような細やかさがないこともあるのは承知していますが、ないならないとあらかじめ表示してほしいです。部屋に入った瞬間にテンションが下がりました。

Séjour pris dans une chambre pour 3 mais un peu trop petite pour 3 adultes. Sinon l'hotel était très bien, et le personnel très gentil.

La chambre est petite mais il y a un bon lit tres confortable et l’hôtel est assez calme malgré qu’il soit au centre ville. Par contre il n’y a pas de parking, c’est à prendre en compte.

Walls were very thin, so you could hear noise from every guest on the floor. Bathroom could have used better cleaning. Be aware that the elevator is very small and doesn't go level to all floors, so if you have a lot of bags, you will need to work around this. Good value for the money, beautiful city.

Liked a lot for location and cleanliness

This place feels like a very cheap hotel. The elevator was out of service, the pillows were an odd shape and when we asked for another pillow we were told there were none. The parking was complicated, at best. The beds were uncomfortable. The pictures on this site are misleading. But the location is great!

A clean, moderately-priced hotel very close to public transportation and well-located for walking in the historic centre. Our only complaints are the elevator was out of order and the bathroom was very small, making it problematic for tall people to use the toilet.

Accueil sympathique. Chambres propres. Ménage fait chaque jour. Petit déjeuner très complet avec buffet. Très bien situé pour visiter et proche transports

The stay was comfortable and centrally located in an area with many restaurants and bars. We found it interesting that on a Saturday night at 7:00 pm it was difficult to find dinner as most places were serving drinks only at that time.

Rooms and bathrooms are very compact but very modern and clean … I would definitely stay there again

Hotellilla on erinomainen sijainti aivan keskustassa, yliopiston päädyssä. Hotellin mikrosijainti ei ole aivan idyllinen, vaan parkkipaikkojen ympäröimä, mutta tämä voi olla hyväkin asia, jos liikut autolla. Huone oli remontoitu ja siisti, myös kylpyhuone. Käytävillä ja portaikossa sen sijaan oli kokolattiamatot. Hissi tuli kerrosten puoliväliin eli vaikka käyttäisi hissiä, joutuu aina kulkemaan puoli kerrosta (7-8 askelmaa) portaita. Aamiainen oli perushyvä, vaikka valikoima oli niukka. Croissantit olisi Ranskassa saanut olla aidompia. Oli leipää, kroisantteja, makeita leivonnaisia, munia, lihaleikkeleitä, lämpimiä makkaroita ja munakokkelia, jogurttia, muroja, hilloa sekä ranskalaisia juustoja.

Booked a "triple" room as we had our son along on this trip. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. Having the option for us all to stay together rather than having to book an additional room was great. The room was just right for the three of us.

Quiet, clean close to everything you could need. Excellent service, staff were amazing!! Rooms are small but well thought out. 100% recommend and will go back!
