There was no refrigerator and no cold water to drink. The staff was all very kind and cheerful. The breakfast has no vegetable.

カーン駅からトラムで10分ほどの落ち着いた雰囲気の街にあります。スーパーやカフェなども近くにあります。部屋は清潔だし、フロントの方の対応もよいです。しかし、アメニティがお粗末です。湯沸かしポットなどお茶セット、シャンプーリンス、セーフティボックスがありません（液体石けんは洗面台、シャワールームにあります）でした。冷蔵庫、バスタブもありません。海外ホテルには日本のビジネスホテルのような細やかさがないこともあるのは承知していますが、ないならないとあらかじめ表示してほしいです。部屋に入った瞬間にテンションが下がりました。

Very helpful staff. Close to everything and especially restaurants like Monsieur Louis on Pl. Saint-Sauveur. Only small complaint would be how tight the bathroom was. A tall person would have trouble sitting on the toilet in the room I had on the 4th floor. But nice view from the balcony.

Overall property needs some TLC (paint, hallways, no wifi, bathroom amenities)

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Easily walkable to train station, restaurants, interesting areas of Caen. We stayed there to visit Juno beach on the Normandy coast. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars was the lady behind the front desk barely glanced up at us when we came and went, couldn’t be less interested in us. When we checked out early, she couldn’t store our luggage because she was full, so we had to drag our bags around for 4 hours waiting for the train. It was very disappointing.

Sound insulaton is poor, all the door hinges are squeaky, and the bedding cover stunk like rags. I have asked the duvet comforter to be changed because the stinky bedding cover was touching the comforter and the smell got passed on, but they denied to change for me because they said they could only change every 3 days. Absolutely poor service and unfriendly receptionists.

Excellent hôtel in a really lovely part of Caen near the Chateau. The rooms were clean and modern and the beds were really comfy. I would definitely come back again. Things to improve would be water available in the room and a shaver socket - neither of which were provided.

Just average really. Tiny pillows and sound insulaiton is pretty poor. Otherwise OK.

Great location for the city centre.

J'ai séjourné à plusieurs reprises dans cet hôtel et j'ai toujours été satisfaite. Cette fois j'ai occupé pendant quatre nuits une chambre non rénovée et j'ai été déçue (chambre plus petite, odeur désagréable, ménage laissant à désirer...). Quand je l'ai gentiment signalé à la direction, celle-ci n'a pas du tout été sympa et n'a pas tenu compte de mes remarques.

Helt ok hotell - mycket bra läge. Rent o trevligt men ganska gammalt.

Good

The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The reception staff was kind, and helpful. There was no AC in our room, but we were only there for one night. The windows opened, but it was noisy. Excellent buffet breakfast worth the additional cost. The one oddity was that the elevator didn’t bring you to the floors. You still had to go up or down stairs after arriving at the desired floor—not great for guests with mobility issues.

Une nuit à l’occasion d’une course à pied. Hôtel bien placé et pratique. Propreté laissant à désiré et bruyant côté route
