少し古いですが清潔な部屋でした。受付が22:30に閉まるとのことで、あらかじめ連絡し、メインエントランスのコードと部屋の鍵を受け取りました。スタッフの方々の気さくな応対が良かったです。

ホテルは建物の三階、古めかしいエレベーターがあるものの動かず重たいスーツケースを三階まで持って上がるのかとゾッとしました。 仕方なく一旦荷物は置いて三階のフロントまで行き事情を話したところエレベーターが動いたのでホッとしました。 エレベーターが動かなかったのは到着時だけで、二日滞在中は問題なく使えました。 チェックインして部屋へ行く際、階段を見て又、ゾッとしました。 このホテルを選んだ事を一瞬後悔したものの、すぐにフロントにいたおじさんが現れスーツケースを上げてくれたので助かりました。 とても感じの良いおじさんでチェックアウト時も快く下ろしてくれたので助かりました。 もし、あのおじさんが居なければ悲劇の滞在になったと思います。 バス停も近く港も徒歩圏内で便利でした。 お部屋、シャワールーム小さめですが建物の入り口、三階ホテル入口、お部屋と鍵が3段階なので安心して泊まれます。 荷物少なめ、小さなスーツケースの方に向いてると思います。

ホテルは古風なリフトを上がった3Fにエントランスがあり、客室は吹き抜けのロビー(リビングルームのような感じ)から階段を上がった4Fにあります(ここはリフト無し)。設備はやや古いものの、友人宅を訪問したような感覚で、伝統的な建物が好きな向きには快適です。ただ、シャワーのお湯の出が弱かったのが難点。ホテル周辺は、博物館の並ぶ via Garibaldi に近い割には庶民的なエリアで、カフェ、アイスクリーム屋、スーパー等が近く非常に便利で、ロケーションは非常に良いです。

Hotel is in great location however getting there is little bit confusing. At first parking is completely different location ( which is understandable but I would like to know it before so I don't have to find temporary parking spot which is not easy, then find the hotel, then go to 4th floor, then go back to the car, then find the garage, then back to the hotel) Other than that it's clean and very nice space. Communication with front desk in English is kinda challenging.

The rooms are comfortable if not small, typical for Genoa. The lift up to 3 floor is small and quirky but in my opinion gives the hotel a little extra. Security is good utilising a PIN code for front door in street and the reception to hotel

Most of staff was not pleasant. Paper thin walls. Maze of a hotel. Will stay elsewhere next time.

Excellent location in Genoa at walking distance of Porto Antico attractions. At the intersection of two lively streets yet very quiet studio. Many good restaurants and cafés close by. Very nice lounge and patio to relax

The staff was friendly and kind. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location of the hotel is just amazing.

Esta en un edificio antiguo, buena atencion y las intalaciones son promedio.

It was very conveniently located in old town.
