The room is relatively narrow and the light is not inconvenient. The shampoo bottle in the bathroom was partly broken.

ここのwifiは部屋から全く繋がらない。契約違反。 設備は非常に古く、床が軋む、隣の音が丸聞こえ、隣の床の軋みも伝わってくる。部屋の洗面、バスルームのシャワーは傷んでいるが、修理する気配なし。支払い時にキャッシュカードも故障ということで使用できなかった。

HayMarket駅からとても近いです。スーツケースを持って歩いても５分かかりません。 受付の人も親切で荷物を上まで運んでくれました。（エレベーターが無いので要注意です。） 小さいチェストはありますがコート掛けの類は無いです。 但し、ドアにフックが備え付けてあり、ハンガーもおいてありました。

エジンバラ滞在中3軒のゲストハウスに6泊泊まりました。最終日早朝空港へ行くためこのゲストハウスに2泊しました。2時過ぎにチェックインしてびっくり！部屋は前の宿泊者の物やごみがあり、清掃もされたかどうか、でした。ドリンクセットコーナーにはコーヒーはあるけど、紅茶はなく埃だらけ。延長コードの差込口も静電気が起き埃だらけ。CI時の若い男性は"ビジービジー、今日は人がいない"と、せっかちに対応。シェアバスルームだけど、シャンプー類も一切ない。タオル類のみ。連泊だから、清掃した折、気づいてもらえるかな？と期待しましたが、清掃補充もなし。他が朝食付きだった事と比べても、マイナス。私が運が悪かったのか、2度と泊まりたくないです。

エディンバラ駅の隣、ヘイマーケットの駅のすぐ前です。 バスも頻繁にあるし、散歩がてらにエディンバラの駅までも歩ける距離です。 建物は古い物を手直ししたような感じですが、 キレイで清潔です。 専用のバスルームがありますが、部屋を出ないといけません。 と、いっても隣のドアですが。 カフェ、バーは近くにあります。 ブレックファーストも美味しいです。

Waverley駅から１駅先のHeymarket駅の駅前通りの向かいにあります。周辺には深夜まで営業している飲食店が数軒あり便利です。なお，W－H駅間には多数の列車が往来していますので早朝から深夜までダイヤを気にせず移動できます。こじんまりとした建物で各部屋に番号はなく，いろんな名前が付けられています。チェックイン時に空いている部屋の種類・特徴を説明し（バス共同だが窓あり，バス付きだが窓なし，大きいＴＶがある部屋など），自由に選ばせてくれました。ネットは欧米平均並みにつながりました（いちおう実用可レベル）。朝食はフルイングリッシュでとてもおいしかったです。Ｂ＆Ｂとしてはレベルが高い方だと思います。

Quarto muito pequeno, carpete sujo, estava com cheiro muito forte. Muito diferente do que vemos nas fotos, pode-se dizer que não tem recepção. O que salva é a localização.

Friendly staff, the room was huge. Can see its wearing down. Need update redecorate it. It doesn’t bother me. TV need update, unable to use it.

The room and facilities were basic but good, other than a slow shower drain. Good job gaurds!

The rooms were gross, paint peeling off the walls

Kurz vor Reisebeginn wurde mitgeteilt, dass nur Barzahlung möglich ist, jedoch ein ATM in der Nähe wäre. Das kostete uns 3,75£ extra, was der Rezeptionist nur widerwillig vom Zimmerpreis abzog. Der Eingangsbereich des Hotels war eine Baustelle mit geöffneter Decke, das Zimmer aber eigentlich ganz o.k. Leider war das Bett eine Zumutung, durchgelegen und quietschend bei kleinster Bewegung. Da das Zimmer rollstuhlgerecht war, gab es im Bad weder Dusche noch Badewanne, sondern nur eine Brause an der Wand neben dem Toilettenbecken. Ohne Duschvorhang, sodass das ganze Bad schwamm... alles in Allem nicht empfehlenswert.

Clean room, friendly staff, and an excellent location. This no-frills hotel is perfect for a night or two’s stay.

The carpet is out dated with stains all over, the bathtub leaked, the windows are old with peeling paint. There are water stains on the ceiling and paint cracking around wall lamps etc. For the price we paid it is over priced in this condition. There was hair on the coffee cup saucers in the room and the bathroom door couldn’t be opened all the way for access to the sink. You had to close the door to get past the tub for the mirror and sink. The attendant was fabulous and helped us with information we asked for. He was extremely nice! Great job on him!

Very nice staff members and very walkable to city centre and buses

This property is an old property that needs renovating. In saying that it was clean and our king room was huge. Khaled checked us in and he was very helpful, friendly and explained everything about the property. It is in a great location but on a main road opposite Waterloo train station. This is why we chose it for 1 night prior to catching a train early the next morning. It’s very inexpensive for the area and needs updating hence the price. I’d recommend it as long as you are not expecting anymore that a 3 star hotel.
