子供の遊べる場所が充実していて楽しかったです。 キャビンも快適でした。 水辺なので、サンドフライは沢山飛んでいるので、虫除けスプレーは持って行った方が良いと思います。

Check in experience was great , the girls at reception were really lovely . we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom cabin , due to works being completed on the cabin we had booked , the location is perfect and although we’ve never stayed here in winter before the park was busy enough to hold the holiday atmosphere. My kids are young adults and enjoyed the mini golf and games room .

The room was ok for a short stay. The bed was small and it was pretty cold.

It has been many years since we visited Blue Dolphin and let’s just say upon arrival our jaws dropped! The size of the park is huge, a pleatherer of activities for the kids to do. There was no shortage of pools either. The jumping pillow is always a crowd pleaser but the games room I loved, it was a shame the pin pall machine wasn’t working as usual parents love a good pin ball game. The climbing rock wall, kids club, movie night, mini golf, the activities just don’t stop. The best part for us parents was the food truck! OMG, to not have to cook was amazing. The coffee and hot chocolate from the top bar was delicious every time. The swim up bar for the adults A* We will most definitely be returning again.

The kids activities are for the whole family, the heat pool area really needs a maintenance overhaul, so many things to name.

Not a smooth check in as the times that were communicated are different to the actual times.

Amazing facilities, super clean and comfortable, and never feels crowded even on busy weekends as so many BBQ spots, pools and facilities are available. Lots to do to keep the kids entertained in beautiful surroundings and everything is in top condition!

Great resort for families. We loved the pools, the multiple areas for kids to play in, the free kids club and the trivia but the cabins need attention. At night, multiple cockroaches would come play in the kitchen and roach droppings would be present on the bench, stove, sink etc in the morning..!

I was disappointed with my experience at this resort. After a long day of travelling, I arrived on time for check-in, only to be left waiting 2 hours past the scheduled check-in time. After finally gaining access to the room, we were left with no electricity. There was no clear communication, no meaningful apology, and no sense of urgency to resolve the issue. When you book accommodation, the minimum expectation is that your room will be ready on time with electricity, unfortunately that wasn’t the case here. The delay caused unnecessary inconvenience and set a negative tone for the first few days of the stay. The day after sending a couple of emails to management expressing my concerns and requesting compensation, I was compensated appropriately for the inconvenience. I hope the resort improves its organisation and customer service so future guests aren’t left waiting around like I was.

We had booked out stay a month in advance. The first cabin, the door lock was broken. The second cabin the air conditioning did not work. We decided to leave and find another place to stay.

Nice family friendly park

Never stayed in Yamba before and wow what an amazing coastal town. Enjoyed every second of our 4 night stay. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to family and friends.
