We had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Room was clean and comfertable. Breakfast was good. And they even prepared us a breakfast box to eat when we had an early tour, so we could eat on our tour. Wi-Fi very good. As Uber is not reliable compared with Mexico City, staying here is also great because it is walking distance from most of the places to see and eat. Mosquitoes were in each night, so preparation of bug spray or device to keep away mosquitoes might be good to have.

中庭にプールがあり、各部屋の天井には大きなファンが回っており南国情緒がただよう。無料の朝食とWiFiが利用でき、部屋には冷蔵庫、金庫も付いていて便利である。ミネラルウォーターのペットボトルもサービスで付いている。セントロまで南方に徒歩で10分程度、１等バスのターミナルへ15分程度、会議が開かれる北方のホテル群にも15分ほどで行ける便利な場所にある。ただし、部屋の中は全般的に暗く、書き物をするには少し不便である。

ホテル自体は値段相応なのですが、細かいところに配慮が行き届いたルームセッティングでとても快適に滞在することができました。 朝ごはん、フルーツ山盛りでてきたのが嬉しかったです。

The hotel is very nice and there is beautiful restaurants and boutiques in the area. But the service could be better. The breakfast is not as advised. We got 4-5 Small slices of fruit and two eggs in a plate, nothing else. I would recommend not taking the breakfast.

Petit hôtel très charmant à 2 pas du centre de Merida. Les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec goût, le lit très grand et confortable. Petite piscine très agréable. Petit déjeuner correct.

El hotel es lindo, tiene spots muy bonitos y por el precio estoy satisfecha, la alberca tiene buen tamaño pequeña pero linda, no la usamos pero es buena amenidad. Buena ubicación se puede caminar a otros puntos sin mover el auto, el estacionamiento tiene costo 120 pesos por día justo enfrente. El único inconveniente fue la atención del recepcionista que me recibió, cortante y frío, cerca de lo grosero.

El lugar es bonito, buen mantenimiento y bien cuidado, el desayuno es continental, muy limitado, deja mucho que desear, ya que en la descripción especifica desayuno completo! El persona no es amable y poco servicial. A mi llegada estuve tocando el timbre por más de 10 minutos a 38°sin nadie que abriera, finalmente alguien abrió diciendo que solo tenía que empujar la puerta porque por el calor la cierran, esto fue una muy mala experiencia ya que iba con mi hija de 10 años.

El personal la verdad es muy amable el único problema es que el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba muy bien y el refrigerador tampoco pero fuera de eso es un lindo hotel

Súper bien. El hotel es muy bello. Limpio. La pared de piedra y el estilo me encantó. Es un inmueble antiguo y fusionaron ello con un toque de modernidad sin perder lo clásico. El almuerzo de cortesía es bueno.

Das Hotel liegt ideal, dass Zentrums in der Nähe ist gut zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Sicherer Parkplatz für das Auto. Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ok, alles sauber, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool müsste mal wieder gestrichen werden, wie so diverse Stellen am Gebäude etwas frische Farbe würde nicht schaden. Preisleistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut.
