Muy bonito el apartamento. La ubicación es excelente. Lo malo es q no tiene nada más. Los jacuzzis estaban fuera de servicio. Para el precio que manejan mejor un hotel con mejores servicios. Y el señor q es director del servicio del desayuno poco amable

Hotel is near of two good malls, has a nice view.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good. The in-house laundry service was very expensive. We walked ours to a nearby 24 hour laundry service - very reasonable cost. The location was great - close to Oviedo Mall. The sauna and steam room did not seem to be operating. Our room / apartment did not have any kitchen linens - like a towel to dry dishes.

La logística y administración del restaurante mal gestionada . No es posible que se enferme el chef y no tengan una alternativa de solución ! Eso afecta el buen nombre !! Lástima!!

Me gusto la ubicación cerca de todo, es tranquilo, seguro, comodas las habitaciones y bien completas por ser apartamentos, el desayuno rico y muy buena atención.

No me quedé me retiré desde la recepción por qué me estaban pidiendo registro civil de nacimiento de me hijo de 14 años les pasé su targeta de identificación y me decían que tenía que ser el registro con la las 7 pm de la noche y no lo tenía y no tenía forma de tenerlo a esa hora dure como 15 o 20 minutos sin ellos darme solución y me retiré del lugar . Y tan atrevidos que me descontaron la plata de la targeta

This place is located next to some shopping the working staff were friendly Breakfast hot bar was sub par with limited options Had issues with the hot water in the shower maintenance came by fixed it but it never got hot enough Note met another resident staying there who had the same problem If you have a guest come by to visit you they will charge you one hundred US per guest per visit ..this policy was never told to me at checkin I killed two small bugs in my room There is a small balcony but half of it is taken up by the AC unit Rooms are dated. Hallways have motion sense lights so when you step off the elevator it's dark till the sensor senses your movement ( not safe) Will never stay here again I'll just pay extra and stay at the Veranda or the York Luxury suites up the road Would not recommend
