Yes the room was spotless anf the staff was friendly. This hotel is a hiden gem. We hope to come back again. With Westjet starting weekly service from Calgary, the hotel should be advertising. The possibilities are endless

Es buena en general. En mi personal me pareció ruidosa, los pasillos tienen mucho eco y cuando el personal o las personas hablan se escucha demasiado.

El personal Amable, las Habitaciones muy amplias, pero el Elevador tiene un sonido constante inquietante, el WC después de la descarga de agua vomo que hace vacío y emite un sonido extraño. Las puertas muy ruidosas, se escucha cuando se abren/cierran de otras habitaciones y el personal de Limpieza muy ruidoso en el pasillo, era Dia 1ro de Enero desvelado y no dejaban descansar los distintos ruidos … El pavimento del estacionamiento MUY maltratado

the staff was very rude and almost annoyed when you would go ask questions ..no ice machine in the building..you would have to go beg the kitchen to get you some..the bar closed at 9:00..the breakfast was expensive and not worth it

El hotel, es muy bonito pero la habitación se ve algo vieja.El personal atento. Lo que no me pareció es que por pagar mi reservación con Expedia, el hotel emitió la factura por casi $500 menos.
