ロケーションは良くないですが、車があるならとても良いホテルです。部屋、ロビー、レストランなど、全体的に広くて綺麗です。

Weybridge及びBrooklands地方ではおそらく最上級のホテルだと思います。施設は清潔且つ快適でサー－ビスもとても素晴らしいです。また部屋も広く清潔で快適ですが、2点だけ残念な点があります。1点目はWifiが途切れること。出張で滞在しておりましたので、度々ネットが途切れてしまうのはとてもストレスでした。もう1点は展望です。窓が大きく大変快適ですが、低層階は外（駐車場）や向かいのビルから部屋が丸見えでカーテンを開けておくことができません（慣れてまえばなんてことないかも知れませんが）。全体的には、とても快適に過ごせたと思います（特に、この周辺には設備が今ひとつなホテルばかりなので）。

The room was clean and well maintained. Excellent breakfast choices with ample provided. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and pleasant.

I really would not recommend staying here. The hotel is in a great spot for the museum and Mercedes world but the hotel itself looks like it was designed by the premier inn team on their day off. We stayed for two nights in a deluxe room, as it’s an ‘eco’ hotel the room wasn’t turned down. I was charged 15 to check in early and 28 to park. We had two fairly dreadful pizzas from room service for 45. The WiFi was not great and the limited view of the track from the room consisted of people slowly driving around on Mercedes experience sessions. The staff were saying all the corporate jargon but very unconvincingly. No offer to help with our luggage or interest in what we were doing in the area. Considering the hotels we stayed at either side of this were fantastic , cheaper, included no add ons this is certainly a hotel I won’t return to. You’re not a guest just a customer.

Great stay, friendly staff and very welcoming. Room clean, air conditioned and sound proofed very quiet. Good variety for breakfast only disappointed that we have to pay extra for hot chocolate! Gym small but equipment modern and clean with free ice water available.

Love this hotel but the service charge put on for everything drinks/food is ridiculous and totally taking advantage. If i order a beer at the bar and they hand it to me I have to pay a service charge!

Lovely spacious, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was superb and we loved dining in the grill restaurant which was also brilliant. Staff were all very professional and polite. We will return.

Another weekend at Brooklands, this has become our favourite hotel! Parking is easy, reception take payment for you, or free parking if you book direct. Breakfast is excellent, so much so my son and his family join us every stay. Staff are really pleasant and helpful, rooms are lovely, we cannot fault this hotel!

Hotellet var rent och välstädat. Personalen var hjälpsam men det är synd att det ska vara så dyrt att använda bubbelpoolen. Detta borde ingå i hotellpriset. Det fanns ingen marmelad på frukostbuffen.

Comfortable bed, wonderful restaurant and breakfast for great. I’d definitely stay again.

Beds were cheap and to soft. The linens are poly cotton with a cheap feel. The room had a smell of the kitchen cooking and also in the hallway. If the location was not convenient we definitely would not stay there.

Pre-booked dinner for 2000. On arrival at hotel at 1830 nothing known. Only available table was 1845 so went straight to dinner. All evening there were empty tables near me so I could easily have had a later booking. When I went up to my room reported this to reception. Was promised a response. Nothing heard. Frequently stay at this hotel.
