Very warm reception when we arrived and a lovely stay experienced by us all. A group of 6 gentlemen on a golf tour and the property and facilities were excellent complimented by an excellent breakfast when we left. Thank you

The property is beautiful and the staff welcoming. Wish we could have stayed in Mossel Bay longer.

Area did not feel safe. Hotel had security gates which added to our feelings

We were upgraded to a Penthouse Suite on arrival, staff were really friendly, view was amazing from our room, Breakfast was first class, you need a 40 rand taxi fare down to the front but more than worth it for the view

Upon arrival at the hotel we received very nice welcome from Charlotte who was more than helpful and friendly. Charlotte is excellent at her job. Hotel was bought this gorgeous views and incredibly well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants luxury ,gorgeous views and a great staff.

Always a pleasure to stay over during my business trips to Mosselbay area and this again was no exception thanks until a next time

Excellent view, Charlotte and staff superb, very comfortable, we will return.

Nobody there at check in and there was no way to contact them that we were arriving late due to traffic. Luckily security was still there to open the door. Breakfast was very limited. Room has a very pretty view.

A rather complicated entrance / exit for non technical residents. Lots of stairs inside the building for the elderly. Fab views and the best omelette ever !!! We will return.
