部屋は狭かったです

Wi-Fiが全然繋がらなかった。

駅の目の前でとても便利でしたが、古さが少し気になりました。 シャワーを使った後はバスマットがびしょ濡れになっていました。 WiFiの繋げ方が少し難しくわかりにくかったです。 また、チェックイン後荷物を預かってもらっていましたが、取りに行くと5分以上待たされ、電車の時間が迫っていたので焦りました。

駅を旧市街側に出たら目の前にあります。旧市街へは頑張れば歩けますが、トラムを利用した方が無難かも？ 朝食は現地購入で場所は6階、内容はシンプルなコンチネンタルタイプのビュッフェ。 EVは2基、客室はツインルーム利用でしたが、結構コンパクトな造りでした。設備はコーヒー＆紅茶に水がサービス、冷蔵庫はなし。バス関係もシャワージェル位だったかな？ 豪華な宿ではないですが、利便性は抜群で料金もお手頃です。目の前をトラムやバスが頻繁に行き来してますが、音は特に気になりませんでした。 クラクフ方面のバスは駅を抜けた反対側にあり、買い物関係も不自由ありません。

ビジネスホテルとして駅近で悪くは無いのですが、風呂場（シャワー）設備が可成り旧い。 シャワーのパイプを修理する必要あり、体洗いながらパイプを修理するという二役をせざるを得ない状態でした。それ以外は顕著な問題ありません。

昔のヨーロッパのホテル、という感じで全体的に古いです。バスルーム、部屋、共にとても清潔でした。特にバスルームはリノベーション済ですが、アメニティはありません。備え付けの液体石鹸のみです。 朝4時半頃から午後12時近くまでトラムが通る度に揺れます。騒音が気になる方は宿泊しない方がいいです。 真ん中の部屋に宿泊しました。部屋はとても広く、駅がとてもきれいに見れて良かったです。

ホテル目の前には鉄道駅、トラム乗り場。すぐそばに空港バス乗り場、バスステーション。 スーパーも近くにあり、ちょっとした買い出しも困りませんでした。 部屋は、最低限の広さで冷蔵庫なし。改装されておりきれい。

ロケーションもよく、清潔でした。従業員も親切でした。 気持ちよく過ごせました。 値段も安いのでお勧めです。

駅前なので　早朝出発の際便利 部屋数の割に　フロントが小規模なので　チェックイン・アウトする際　時間がかかる 部屋は清潔に保たれているが　設備はミニマムで冷蔵庫はなく　湯沸しはフロントに頼んで借りました。 浴室の排水が悪く　気になりましたが　天井も高く　ゆったり感のある部屋で　いごごちは良かったです　

Perfect location to the train and city and price was excellent for one night.

Bathroom flier is very slippery! and there are no rugs in there do be very careful. Good in the restaurant was just ok . Staff at the front desk was only ok. They didn’t smile to great you or to let you know things until you actually asked them . It was very close to the train station, just across the street . The street buses run all night so you can hear them.

Literally across the street from the train station. Very convenient for a solo traveller.

The location is right across the main train station. The room was clean however the mattress had a depression at the head side. I asked the front desk the next morning to rotate the mattress and they did but it houldn't have been used to start with. The decor is very dark and room was very small. Reminds you of hotel rooms shown in western movies. The reception area was also dark. Very depressing hotel. Can't figure out why it has such a high customer rating. I did not have breakfast so can't comment on that.

Overall we were happy with location and amenities. The only minus would be layout of twin room we were staying in. Very chunky wardrobe right at the entrance.

We got an early check in. Thank you very much. The bathroom was really nice and very comfortable bed. The room was very basic. Breakfast was great Saturday not so good Sunday, sadly. Overall quite satisfied. We did feel welcome but could be nice if the receptionists were smiling and more "approachable".

Excellent hotel. The decor in the room was a little bashed and battered but the bathroom brand new and spotlessly clean. Staff very nice and the breakfast was great, lots of choice which is unusual these days with a breakfast included in the price. Really enjoyed my stay. Only downside is the noise of the trams outside. However, it didn’t wake me at night so no problem really.
