Stedet henvender sig tydeligvis til en ældre målgruppe – vi ankom sammen med en busfuld pensionister. Der er selvfølgelig ikke noget galt i det, men det bør fremgå tydeligere, at det er den primære målgruppe. Derudover kunne menukortet godt trænge til en opdatering. Da hotellet markedsføres som et golf- og spa-resort, havde vi forventet større fokus på sund og let mad – mere frugt, grøntsager og generelt et sundere udvalg ville være en klar forbedring.

Gorgeous! We loved our stay here!

Hotel was fabulous. Great view of the mountains. Hotel staff was awesome. They made you feel like you were important. The restaurant was great and food was awesome. I highly recommend the prime rib. The piano music was a nice touch. I will stay there again.

This is a superior facility. Our room was perfect. The pantry a few doors down the hall had so many water and coffee options. The dining facilities were top notch. Super friendly staff. Complimentary guest laundry and sauna. Amazing Mountain Views.

I liked the views, the breakfasts were amazing and delicious.

Breakfast good have been a little bit better

This was our first visit since the renovations, and we were pleased with them outside of 2 things. First is the rooms are too “chic” and the sofa chairs in the rooms are not very comfortable, however, the bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows! The bathroom and shower were excellent. The 2nd thing was the outdoor hot tub “shrunk”. The original could easily hold 10-12 people no problem. The “new” one holds maybe 4 comfortably, not sure why they would make it smaller. The food, was great, the only exception was, the New England Chowder. Growing up and living on Cape Cod, we know our chowder. The chowder at the White Mountain Resort was way too thick, and needs to thinned out. It was very flavorful with plenty of clams, scallops, shrimp, and cod. Thin it out, and you will have hit it out of the park! We can’t wait to go back!

White Mountain Resort and Hotel never disappoints! The staff is always so accommodating and the restaurant offers a great selection of food for both breakfast and dinner. This is my family’s go-to place whenever we are visiting North Conway!

My family and I have stayed at this property numerous of times. They recently did a whole new renovation on property. Feels like home away from home! Weekend nightly music entertainment in the tavern to a heated outdoor pool all year round! Perfect to visit any season whether its summer, spring, winter or fall!

Was vacation week expecting alot of children but not the running and screaming in hallway Coffee cup dirty with red lip stick Won’t be staying there again and this was second time there really loved it the first time

We been coming for years. Rooms are great. Staff is super. In the winter the play kid movies at night. Only draw back to this visit was when we were swimming we could smell the septic gas. But the water was super warm and swimming at sight with snow falling was great.

My wife and I planned a quick getaway for our anniversary, and we could not have chose a better place for it than the White Mountain Hotel. Everything was perfect! The staff were universally superb and friendly. The lobby had a fantastic wood fire burning all day. The tavern and restaurant were exceptional. And the cherry on top were the outdoor heated pool and hot tub…fantastic in sub freezing weather. We cannot wait to go back!
