部屋はダブルベッド1台とシングルベッド1台で、2人で泊まるには十分な広さでした。 スタッフはとても親切です。滞在期間中、部屋の掃除はないホテルで、使用したタオルはドアの外に置いておけば、新しいタオルを袋に入れて置いておいてくれました。 隣の部屋との壁は薄く、大きめの話し声や笑い声は聞こえて来たので、こちらも気をつけました。 Lostwithielは、小さな町ですが、バカンスで訪れる人たちもいて、とても綺麗で素敵な場所でした。

On the whole ok. There was hair left on bathroom floor & taps, hairdryer was cold. Bed clean. Easy to park, tea & coffee provided. Narrow corridors which made it harder with luggage.

We took a family room. The size of the room was adequate. Room was clean. A fridge , fan , iron was also available. Plenty of parking space. Lot of restaurants in easy walking distance. A nice quiet town center with a river flowing by. The location is also a very good base for Cornwall. Everything within an hour or so.

Nice little town of Lostwhitiel. Good hotel with easy and free parking.

Property okay- adequate for a short stay. In need of a bit of TLC. Room clean and spacious enough. Tea/coffee and small fridge. Swimming pool onsite which we used a lot due to heat! Also in need of TLC but large enough to cool off and enjoy. Fan only in room. No air conditioning. Staff friendly and helpful. Walkable but not a lot to see- we drove to beach etc. co-op and a couple of choices to eat. Restaurant onsite. Fairly quiet area though near a main lane/road. Plenty of car parking which we are discovering is valuable!!

Location good and parking available. Property a little tired but room clean and adequate for a short stay. Tea/coffee in room. Walkable to a local co-op which was useful, not a lot available for eating facilities though hotel has restaurant onsite. We drove out of town for sightseeing. Swimming pool onsite which was great- in need of some TLC but adequate for relaxing and cooling off (though heated all year round). Would recommend for a short stay. Staff friendly and helpful.

Good property with excellent breakfast. Very close to Eden Project. Also easy to get to other sights in the vicinity including Fovey & Lanhydrock. Only issue was rooms are cleaned on request. We were told we need to inform them before 10am when we checked in and also there was a notice in the room with same information. However when we first went to request room cleaning at 9am, we were informed by a male receptionist that we were too late as we need to inform them before 9am. So room was not cleaned that day. Thereafter we informed them of any requests before 9am and rooms were cleaned and towels replaced. Otherwise pleased with our stay here despite the extreme heat. There was a fan in the room which helped. The pool was heated and lovely to spend some time swimming.

3-Bettzimmer (ein normales Bett, ein Französisches Doppelbett - sehr schmal!) mit kurzen Betten, leider waren im Raum und insbesondere in den Betten noch Haare Vom Vorhänger, ansonsten solide Unterkunft für Durchreise

The staff were great, there were no problems they could not solve and with a smile. The breakfast was superb and plentiful.

Lovely personal. Old and some charm, but in need of repair and a good scrubbing. Pool has loos tiles and cracs on the bottom.

Although it’s slightly dated, the rooms are super clean and Amir on the front desk is super helpful and accomadating and was helpful with late check in. The price is fair and I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is not bad and staff excellent but the food wasn’t all good. The Greek chicken was beyond dry and the breakfast was very poor. Eggs you could have used as weapons, rock hard! The soup was good and my son did enjoy the pizza. The swimming pool was lovely and warm but in a very bad state of repair. Black dots floating in the water and black algae on the sides, not good!!!

Lovely room which looked exactly as the pictures show. It had everything we needed and definitely would stay again!

We had a fab couple of nights and have no direct complaints The building is looking a little tired in places is my only complaint. Staff were fab helpful breakfast was great each morning and the little pool was great me and daughter had a lovely little dip together yesterday water was lovely and warm

When we stayed during heat wave, the room had a big fan to solve our needs. The swimming pool is nice and spacious. I will come back next time.

Excellent location, clean room with friendly staff

Pros - Free Parking - Near Centre - Swimming Pool - Shower Pressure - Radiator in the Room Cons - Booked 2 x twin rooms but only gave one key card. When we asked and received the second card it blocked access for the original card. This happened for both rooms we booked. - We stayed 4 nights, it's frustrating that you have to request cleaning by 10am for the following day. - When cleaning was requested, they made the bed but did not clean the bathroom or replace the towels. When we asked ast reception, they said they had no idea who had been in our room!? - The pool states that it was heated, it did not feel like it was heated and it was dirty. You can see grime on the steps where people have tried to scratch off the dirt. - The WiFi settings do not allow you to cast things via Chromecast which is a shame. - We were told that the front door was open 24/7 but this was not the case. It was locked on the first night so we never tried again. I expected more when paying £800 in total for 2 rooms x 4 nights.
