ホテルの人はすごく優しく丁寧に対応してくれたので、とても助かりました！日本人にとっては少し衛生面が気になるかもしれません。スリッパが無かったので、持っていくことをおすすめします。

Quarto pequeno e sem nenhuma vista. Mas bem limpo e piso sem carpete. Porta de fechadura magnética, mas estava emperrando ao abrir. A porta principal da entrada estava ficando aberta sempre. Sugiro regular o fechamento automático.

Definitivamente ficaria novamente. O quarto é muito bom, a cama é muito confortável. Local extremamente limpo. Nicolas que trabalha na recepção é muito gentil e nos ajudou muito com informações. Check in fácil e rápido. O estabelecimento está de parabéns pela qualidade.

Booked for a week stay based on good reviews and excellent price. Studio apartment was clean and perfect for our needs. Be aware there is no elevator (we were on the 3rd floor, building at 43). Make sure the front building door closes properly! The staff was very helpful and made us feel welcome. They were so accommodating and friendly! Shops, restaurants, cafes, grocery store, park - all within walking distance (out the front door and around the corner). There is a lot of pedestrian traffic due to shopping and restaurants. We loved it! I would highly recommend Lastarria Hotel and Aparts!

Muito bem localizado, perto dos principais atrativos turísticos e em uma região de ruas bonitas e calmas. Apesar de ter bastante restaurantes, o isolamento acústico é muito bom. E por ser um apart é ótimo, pois tem os serviços de hotel e a comodidade de poder preparar refeições.

Excelente servicio

We stayed at Lastarria Hotel & Aparts for a week. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There were several restaurants within walking distance along with a few shops. There is train station a few blocks away. Cerro Santa Lucia is just a few blocks away as well. We really enjoyed our stay here!!

It’a a nice neighborhood

The hotel is in a very lively and interesting area with a lot of young people around enjoying themselves and a lot of interesting places to eat and drink. This may make some of the rooms a little noisy but life is noisy!

Very clean, comfortable and spacious apartment. Super location. We loved staying there. Lots of restaurants nearby and well situated for walking to many tourist sites. Could be improved with air conditioning in the main bedroom as on hot nights, the a/c from the living room did not cool off the bedroom very much.

This hotel-apartment was disappointing for me. It is in an excellent area, Lastarria, and was a good apartment, but didn’t provide adequate value for the cost. The description promised two twin beds and a queen, but instead there was a queen and one twin bed. We had to use a pull-out sofa, and it wasn't even made, although they knew the number of guests coming. They brought sheets and a pillow and left them for me to make the sofa bed. We also had to walk up four flights of steps, which is OK but not worth it for the one night we were there. There was an additional flight if stairs inside the apartment. There was no tea or coffee that I could find. In short, its a great area and a good apartment, but not worth it for a short stay or given the lack of concern to details.

Couldn’t ask for a better location ! The apartment was super nice, spacious , clean and modern. You couldn’t ask for anything more !

I got sick during my trip. The office staff were incredibly warm and helpful, especially Marcela, Jesús and Felipe. Marcela walked me to the pharmacy so I could get my medication! The location and facilities were great. The only drawback for travelers with mobility issues are the steep, winding stairs to some of the apartments. The staff helped me with luggage. I would definitely stay here again.
