砂漠の中に建てられたホテルはとても静かで雰囲気がありエントランスに入った瞬間から気に入ってました。滞在中はヨガに参加したり、ホテルが手配してくれた車で観光したり、またたくさんの動物を飼っているので朝晩共に可愛いお出迎えに癒されました。

ジャイサルメールの町からは少し離れていますが、あの地域では設備・雰囲気・サービス・料理すべての質が高い素晴らしいホテルだと思います。 特に夜の中庭でとる食事は最高ですね。

Nice large suite rooms, excellent staff and service, disappointing indoor pool. Food was average and cocktails were served with little alcohol and very overpriced

Everything was top notch; Mr Manjeet in Restaurant and Ms sheetal welcomed us very well Only the taste of indian section food at time of breakfast was not good. I would advance Must try indian sweets amazing

It’s an over hyped property. Of course 1 of the best in a dessert like Jaisalmer. But considering the city has limited activities to offer, the hotel could’ve been made much more engaging. The furniture is basic, food options limited but prices are over the top.

Hotel has very nice vibe. Food is very good, especially their six course meal. Also like the fact that the hotel is animal friendly. Service can improve a lot. I got their confirmation for airport pickup, however, no show. They didn’t even acknowledge the miss. They simply miss simple things like straws for lemonade. The bedroom and bathroom configuration is not good. Their HVAC never worked as intended throughout our stay - either too hot or too cold

Suryagarh is not a hotel.. it is an experience. And front desk manager Mr. Aniket gave us one of the best experience of our lives. Aniket was kind enough to upgrade us to luxury signature suite. What a property ! Excellent food ! Royalness at next level. Thank you Aniket !!!

No response from hotel pre trip despite repeated attempts to try to contact them. Experiences were all full and no effort made to try to explore options externally that we managed to do ourselves. Shower leaked in one of our rooms. Quality of food was sub par given the price point. Staff serving us were not as knowledgeable on menu. Avoid staying when events are taking place as common areas are noisy and you feel like a distraction to the main event. The music event laid out in the evening was excellent. The site and facilities were great.

There is definitely a wow response associated with this hotel. The buildings and surrounding park is beautiful and staff consistently exceed expectations. Dining outside in the evening is a delight.

The most wonderful staff. I never heard the word NO. Beautiful property and ambiance. The most treasured memories were made here. I have travelled the world over and have never experienced the hospitality of this place and people. Thank you
