・朝食が最悪。ここの朝食で酷い下痢になった。シリアルくらいしか食べれるものがない。 ・ホテルオーナーが朝食には全く手間を掛けない意向が強く感じられ、ホテルで加工したものは何一つない。特に、ハムは、科学的な変な味がしていて鮮度が悪く食べれたものではない。パンもいつのものなのか分からない。 ・ドライヤーはこわれていて、ガムテープで固定しているがきちんと機能しない。 ・ボティタオルがゴワゴワしていて、ハンドタオルは布巾のような材質。

街まで近く歩いて行けました。車も１日置かせてもらって親切な対応感謝です。

私が宿泊した部屋は２階で、窓を開ければ、大きな木々があり、鳥のさえずりが聞こえ、フィレンツェの町から少し離れた場所にも関わらず、雰囲気はとてもよかったです。 しかしながら、窓を開けた場合に、幹線道路からの車の行き交う騒音が気になりました。

Personnel très agréable, lieu très joli avec son magnifique jardin. Quand on sors ce balader à l'exterieur, il faut laisser la clé à la reception. Si en revenant les portes sont fermées il faut appeler pour qu'on nous ouvre. Une personne répond toujours au téléphone et très rapidement même à 4h du matin. J'ai passé un très bon séjour. Merci au personnel du Classic hôtel.

La struttura è un po' vintage e si dovrebbe mettere mano a parecchie cose. Personale gentile, colazione con prodotti confezionati. Il prezzo è sicuramente concorrente per Firenze. Comodo il parcheggio e la location a 15 minuti a piedi da Ponte Vecchio.

O hotel eh bem antigo e por estarmos em 4 pessoas ficamos um chalé e não dentro do prédio. Estava com pó nas mesas e o guarda roupas dentro do quarto tinha um cheiro de mofo horrível, acho que ele até poderia ser retirado porque nem pra abrir dava. O café da manhã na eh muito bom! Bem continental mesmo. Acho que poderia ser bem melhorado. A vantagem eh que estávamos. Bem perto da. Entrada da cidade e sem ser zonaZTL.

The property is in a beautiful location. The hotel itself has seen better days. Although the staff is attentive and assists in all requests, there is a sense of the place being "tired" and in need of a facelift. With some care the place could be a 4 star property.

The building is charming, but the interior furniture requires major renovation/repair.

We really liked the hotel. Nice rooms, very nice area for breakfast. Very convenient that breakfast is included. Polite staff. Very close to all sightseeing, located in the area with many restaurants and shops. But! When we checked in we paid their city tax cash and unfortunately didn’t get the receipt Then when we checked out the other receptionist told us it’s a different tax or smth and we were in a rush and paid it again . Then I checked and texted them to explain and they said it was a misunderstanding.. but so far money haven’t been returned and they went quiet.. so!!! Be careful and make sure you don’t repeat our mistake. Get the receipt and double check what you have to pay at the property so you don’t pay in twice!

Altes Gebäude, alte Möbel insgesamt antiquiert. Frühstück ohne Eier. kein Käse, insgesamt wenig Auswahl. Aufschnitt wurde nicht nachgelegt. Zimmer sehr einfach eingerichtet teilweise Staub auf den Möbeln. Insgesamt wirkte das Hotel als eine Einrichtung, um mit möglichst wenig Aufwand einen hohen Ertrag zu erzielen.

Buffet Breakfast was terrible - plastic wrapped dry croissants, bowl of apples, cheap sliced bread etc. hugely disappointing and seating outside when it’s very cold first thing in the morning. No room upgrade provided. Bedding in room 104 was a sheet and throw (not thick fabric) so I was very cold all night. WC made constant flushing noise which hotel did sort but got no sleep first night. Room 10 (my sisters room) - shower room with curtain very basic; room is behind reception, with bed up wooden stairs on a mezzanine and no space to move around. Mum was in room 109 which had slightly more space but still very basic. There’s nowhere to sit if you get back from visiting sites and want a cup of tea other than seating along one wall of entrance hallway. Trying to get a taxi into the centre of Florence was impossible early morning - there just weren’t any available so it’s a little too far out as a good 30 minute walk into the centre. Tip- get the local no11 bus which is nearby. Gardens of the hotel aren’t particularly well cared for. Photos make this hotel look a lot nicer than it is. We were pretty disappointed. It was clean and staff were helpful but overall experience was poor.
