大変親切にしていただきました。場所も便利で、地下鉄駅も近く申し分ありません

バスタブが大きくて日本人には嬉しいです。お水がウォーターサーバーからフリーでもらえるのも有り難いです。

シャワーの切り替えが悪い、ドライヤーが途中で勝手に切れるなどの問題はありますが、清潔ですしレセプションでは英語が通じます。旧市街の中にあり、レストランなどのお店が多いのは便利ですが、夜中まで路上で音楽を演奏していたり賑やかで、同行した知人は眠れないと言っていました。

空港から地下鉄で着く駅に近く、わかりやすく、主な所へは徒歩で行けて、とても助かりました。思ったより新しくきれいで、スタッフも親切、長旅の疲れも取れました。WiFiも快適でした。 どう表現したらいいか わからないのですが、とにかく シャワーが気持ち良かったです。水圧や水量の問題だけではなく、本当に気持ち良く、バスタブもありましたが シャワーで癒されました。 繁華街にありますが、部屋は奥なのか 静かです。

バレンシアの駅前の繁華街にあり、最高の立地でした。カテドラルなどの観光地も徒歩圏内です。部屋もきれいで申し分ない。ほんまおすすめです。

シングルに2泊しました。目の前にVodafoneのショップがあり、1GBのSIM(10Euro)が10分かからずに開通できました。セーフティーボックスも付いてます。

バレンシア中心部にありながら、部屋はすごく静か。しかも掃除も隅々まで行き届いていて、ものすごくきれいなホテルでした。 さらにフロントの方々も凄く親切丁寧で、全てにおいて素晴らしいホテルでした。 むたバレンシアに行く時は必ず泊まります。

ダブルルームをシングルユースで利用。 初めてビデをみました。びっくりするほど広い部屋。 ベッドも快適。

家族で３泊しました。駅の目の前なので電車を使う方にとってはとても便利な場所です。またホテルの横にコンビニもあり夜遅くまで空いているのでそれも便利ですね！　１日だけシャワーが壊れてお湯が出なかった時がありましたが、それ以外はトラブルは基本的にはありませんでした。朝食は普通のヨーロッパのホテルにありがちなビュッフェ形式の朝食です。部屋の広さはロンドンにしてはそこそこ広いほうだと思うのでコスパは高めだと思います。

係員はフレンドリーで親切。街の要所、駅にも近く、利便性高い。ハードとしてのホテルについては標準的。コストパフォーマンスは妥当かやや高い。

Friendly and helpful staff! Liked that there was nspresso and kettle in the room. Our train wasn't leaving till later in the afternoon so they provided us with a storage locker to keep luggage in after check out. Also gave us complementary water(s) when we were leaving cause it was so hot out.

Hospedagem muito boa. Recomendo.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The property is quite old, and the room I stayed in had lots of problems: - Very strong sewage-like smell. I contacted the front desk during the afternoon to request a room change due to the smell, but the receptionist working at that time was not welcoming or helpful. My request was refused immediately, and I felt that my concern was not handled with the level of attention and professionalism expected - The room was extremely noisy, there was significant noise coming from the street until 1:30AM and after that, the noise came from inside the hotel, as our room was located close to the elevator and there was constant movement and disturbance. - The air conditioning unit was also old and very noisy, which made it difficult to rest properly. - The bed was extremely uncomfortable, which made the overall stay even more difficult. - The breakfast was very basic, and on the second morning, the coffee machine was not working. - The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. However, considering the overall experience, I do not feel that the stay was worth it. We had originally planned to extend our stay in Valencia and had even made another reservation at the same hotel, but after this experience, we decided to cancel and move to a different hotel instead.

Good central location. Clean hotel with a large room. Hotel staff were friendly enough.

Checked in for a 3 night stay. When I got to the room it was extremely HOT inside.The A/C in the room was not working. The TV remote was not working either. Front desk did not have batteries for it so NO TV. Had to wait 24hrs. to be able to get another room. The staff was friendly but it took an ACT OF CONGRESS TO BE ABLE TO CHANGE ROOM. The new room was OK but TV volume could barely by adjusted to hear something. THE ONLY THING WORTH IT OF THIS HOTEL is the LOCATION. Other than that it is not WORTH CONSIDER STAYING AT THIS HOTEL. On top of things, after all the inconveniences they had the indecency of charging for a bottle of water. THEY DO NOT PRIORITIZE expediting in solving problems for the customer.

This hotel was perfectly located for my visit to Valencia. Walking distance from everything I needed. Staff was very courteous and room was always clean.

The location was fabulous, with a great balcony space. The bedroom and bathroom were good sizes too. Breakfast was limited in choice and staff had to be reminded daily to get bowls, cups, cold milk and despite photos of a lovely breakfast with fried and poached eggs there were none, scrappy bits of not nice bacon, which was more like scraps of wafer thin bacon / ham. Reception staff were pleasant. A generous 4 out of 5 due to the location and room facilities

Localização privilegiada, quartos e banheiros limpos diariamente, bom sistema de ar condicionado, equipe bem atenciosa e café da manhã delicioso. Próximo das principais atrações turísticas de Valência fizemos os passeios caminhando. Para chegar na praia ônibus da empresa EMT pode pagar com cartão na catraca, muito fácil. Fiquei muito satisfeito com a escolha deste hotel. Parabéns a todos os colaboradores do hotel.
