Great location with bus stop no.9 right across the street and easy access to shopping street and 24/7 convenience store. Some facility looks a bit old but clean and acceptable considering the price.

立地が非常に良く、バス停10番にもコンビニにも徒歩3分。レストランも周囲に多くありとても便利でした。チェックイン時にフロントが無人でしたが、呼び鈴を押すと中国の方と思われるスタッフがすぐに来てくれました。部屋は十分広く、共用のトイレ、シャワー、キッチンのいずれも清潔でした。タオルは毎日替えてくれました。宿泊客は中国の方が多く、とてもフレンドリーでした。

スタッフさんの対応が非常に感じが良かったです。コンセントの差し口も4つ位あり十分でした。電子レンジや食器も一通り揃っていて、コンビニで安く済ませたい時は重宝しました。ただ夜中に他の宿泊客が共有スペースで歌ったり騒いでいてかなりうるさかったので残念です。

Clean, Convenient, and Reasonable

ホテルの向かいにはコンビニもあって便利ですが、町の中心部から離れているので、集合で不便な事があるかもしれない立地です。夜お風呂に入ろうと思ったらお湯の出し方がわからずちょっと困りました…

設備はいまいちですがスタッフの対応は良かったです。 24時間対応ではなく深夜早朝はスタッフが誰もいないのでその点は注意です。

部屋が広く快適でした。共有スペースも清潔です。 残念だったのは、フロントにスタッフがいないことが多く、 ツアー手配や質問に困りました。

シティセンターから少し離れた立地ですが、メインの通りを進むとあるので便利です。部屋も清潔です。シャワールームは少し狭いです。

Staff are very very kindly and nice. Comfortable and neat room and kitchen.

セキュリティーボックスはありません。基本的には共同トイレ（３箇所？）・共同シャワールーム（２箇所？）ですが、比較的清潔でした。部屋は小さめですが、洗面台、ベッド、クローゼットがあります。よって、価格重視の方にはおすすめです。ロケーションは比較的良いです。すぐ近くにスーパー（２４時まで）があります。室内が少し寒いので、冬は厚着をしたほうがよいかもしれません。

The shared bathroom wasn’t very clean. The room itself was ok. The hallways felt humid and didn’t smell great

A great place if you’re travelling on a budget and don’t mind a shared bathroom. I’ll definitely choose this place again. My only suggestion for improvement would be that since I was staying in the summer and it never got dark, blackout curtains would have been appreciated.

Very convenient site in Reykjavik with choice of facilities nearby. Bathroom dated and a bit rusty but clean. Staff in restaurant downstairs were helpful. Text with door code etc was late

Nära centrum. Man kan gå 3-5 min till parkeringsplatsen .

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung, gut gelegen, wir konnten nach check out unser Gepäck an der Rezeption lassen. Leider ein Zimmer ohne Fenster/Tageslicht, stickig und zu warm.

Face it, Reykjavik is expensive. 101 Guesthouse Hotel is clean, convenient and has a communal kitchen and an affordable price, compared to other similar properties. The pros: the kitchen, clean rooms, hot showers, more space than a "pod", a free/shared food area to use and donate to as you leave. A decent size fridge in the common area where people seemed to eat only their own food. There are lots of plates, glasses, knives and some forks and a dishwasher. You can easily connect to busses. There is a 1011 convenience store right around the corner, a Bonus and a 24 hour Spar grocery nearby. The cons: no reception area, so if you missed the code they send 2 hours before your arrival time, it's confusing as you connect to someone off-site to get your room code. The pans available for use are scratched and worn. There was a spoon shortage, which seemed to encourage spoon hoarding. Only 2 burners for a stove and both were slow to heat. Overall, I still give it 5 stars because of the alternatives in terms of price and amenities.

We stayed here for 1 night to explore Reykjavik and catch an early flight. This more than served our needs. We had a kettle, some instant coffee, fridge and hair dryer in the room. Two options on our floor with private bathroom and shower in each.
