The view was amazing and the room was spotless. The breakfast was also delicious, and the host, Gino, was incredibly friendly.

ホテルというより西洋の旅館って感じ。 すごく眺めがよく、ゆっくりしたいなら最適です。 中心地からはちょっと遠い為、移動はバスかタクシー。バスは30分に1本（Riquierから84番に乗る)。夜7時50分が最終。日曜日は極端に本数が減る為要注意。 アメニティは石鹸と液体のシャンプー？ボディーソープ？（どちらか不明）のみ。必要なものは持参しましょう。ドライアーはありますが。歯ブラシ、髭剃り、ポット、冷蔵庫、コーヒーメイカーはありません。トイレとシャワーが別になっているのはちょっとうれしい。

クリーンで気持ちの良いお部屋でした。掃除が行き届いた部屋にシンプルながらも統一感のある素敵なインテリア、タオルからは柔軟剤？の良い香りがして、女性が一人で泊まっても心地良く過ごせると思います。 トラム最寄り駅から15分位、結構な坂道をあがります。ホテル手前までバスもあるようですが、あまり本数はないので使いませんでした(日曜日は運休、終電も19時代と伺いました)。 坂道途中から見える絶景、お部屋からの夜景が素晴らしいです。ビーチや市街地からは距離があるので、夜は早めに帰ってお部屋で過ごしてました(といっても夏なので22時頃まで明るいですが)。 エントランスには丁寧に手入れされたお花達が咲いていて、オーナーご夫妻の人柄をあらわしてるようです。 帰りはタクシーで空港まで30分弱、35ユーロでした。時々ロビーにいた犬も品があってすごく可愛かったです。

なにをもっても、景色が最高！！窓からみえるニースの町並み。これぞニースっていう感じです！ ということは、坂の上にあるのでタクシーまたはバスを使わないと、歩いてバゲットケースなど持って上がるのはとても厳しいです。 経営者？のご夫婦？も良い方でした。ちょっと朝方のバタバタした生活音が気になるかな～ホステルとして割り切れば。 田舎の坂の上なので、周りはなにもありません。ご飯食べて、買い物してからチェックインするくらいの気持ちでないと、荷物置いてから出かけようは、疲れていると厳しいかも？歩くのが苦でないなら楽しいですけど！ 景色が申し分ないほど最高でした！

I absolutely loved my stay! The front desk are so sweet and helpful, the room was so clean and a perfect size for a solo traveler. The view was breathtaking, and the hotel being a bit out of the city made it feel very calm, comfortable, and safe. The outside balcony area is so lovely to see the view of the city. A convenient bus is available to the train station. Don’t hesitate to book here!

Fantastisk vistelse! Det som verkligen gör hotellet speciellt är den otroligt vänliga, hjälpsamma och professionella personalen. De får en att känna sig varmt välkommen och som hemma från första stund. Servicen är i toppklass. Dessutom bjuder hotellet på en fantastisk utsikt, en god frukost och väldoftande kaffe. Ett perfekt val för den som vill uppleva det genuina franska stadslivet. Vi är mycket nöjda och tacksamma! Rekommenderas varmt!

My dad and I had an absolute perfect stay at the Panoramic. The place is amazing, clean and cozy, both my room and my dad’s had all the amenities we needed, and the staff is absolutely perfect. I’m vegan and Anna and her team had accommodated all my needs (I’ve never eaten so well in a hotel!). The view is breathtaking, and even though it’s near the top of the hill, the public transportation to all the main places was only a small walking distance away. I cannot reiterate how perfect this place is, it made all the difference in our trip and we will come back for sure!

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft. Der atemberaubende Blick über die Stadt Nizza von oben und die Gastfreundschaft! Wir konnten sogar unser Gepäck dort abstellen bis wir weiter gereist sind. Es war sehr ruhig und sehr familiär. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben sogar noch eine Nacht dazu gebucht. Jederzeit gern wieder!

Die Zimmer sind okay, etwas klein aber sauber. Die werden in ein paar Monaten renoviert, haben wir erfahren. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die geben sich auf jeden Fall sehr viel Mühe. Die Hotel Mitarbeiter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Location der Unterkunft ist auf dem Berg: der Ausblick ist mega! Die Anbindung ist nicht so optimal. Man kommt mit dem Bus in die Stadt,an kann aber auch runter laufen. Zurück laufen geht auch wenn es aber nicht gerade 30 Grad sind.

Personalet var meget søde og behjælpelige med blandt andet offentlig transport.

I had a great time here. Anna was very helpful during my stay, and the hotel is in an incredible location, offering a pretty unbelievable view.

Anna and the staff were most hospitable and welcoming! The views were astounding and Breakfast was amazing with homemade croissants. We’ll be back for sure!
