レセプションの対応が良かった

Close to train and tram station

駅から近いので便利です。トラムも駅から乗れますし、観光もほとんど徒歩可能です。道も夜遅く帰っても大丈夫です。 ロビーでコーヒーサービスが一日中うけれて寒い時期でしたので嬉しかったです。チェックインは15時過ぎまでできなかったためロビーで待ってる人が多かったです。シャワーは今までで一番コンパクトで手を伸ばして両肘くらいです。 フロントの方も親切に対応して下さいました。

I stayed 5F floor. The building was anomalous and the elevator was inconvenient because it was only usable halfway up the building.but all of the staff were friendly and thoughtful.

Traditional French style hotel, quite confortable

In all respects, it is a hotel that I would like to recommend.

宿泊後に領収書の再発行をお願いしましたが適格丁寧に対応してくれました。滞在中もそうでしたが非常に好感でした。駅からも近いです。繁華街へはちょっと歩きます。

Good hotel with great staff. Breakfast was good and the room was reasonable, bit worn in places but perfectly ok. Hotel has a lift but then several stairs to negotiate so with skis and bags this was a bit of a pain. Area around the hotel is ok and close to the station, it’s down a side street and about a 5 min walk from the stations so ok with luggage.

Très bon hôtel, chambre propre et confortable, personnel accueillant et très serviable. Parfait pour un séjour professionnel de quelques jours.
