常に宿泊客にホスピタリティを込めて接しようとするスタッフの努力は強く感じるし、心地良いのだが…タオル交換や使用済食器の洗浄等ルームクリーニングについてこちらから言わないと対応してくれいものが多かったり、レストランでのあり得ないオーダーミスがあったり、事前の問い合わせや質問へのレスポンスが極端に遅いもしくは不明瞭だったりと、サービスレベル全体において改善点は多い印象。

早朝に到着してしまったのに、チェックインまで空いてる部屋で休ませてくれた。とても助かった

ディナーのお料理は美味しかったです。特にイカのフリットとブルスケッタ。

Just a shame There are a few ants around the sink in the bathroom. Other things are almost perfect.

広い敷地をもつリゾート。 コテージに泊まりました。 快適です。 人懐っこいフィジアンのスタッフや、島の自然に癒やされます。 ナンディからも遠くないので、トランジットの1泊なんかにも使えるかもしれません。 日曜日のファーマーズマーケットに合わせて泊まったので、チェックアウト後もマーケットを楽しみました。 いろいろ安くてオススメです。

スタッフの対応も明るく丁寧で、とてもフレンドリーでした。 ホテル周辺にはスーパーなど何も無いため、タクシーを使うことがほとんどでした。 ホテルのコスパも良く、快適に過ごすことができたため大変良かったです。 最高の時間を過ごせました！ありがとう！

プール付きの個室に泊まりましたが、プライベートが確保されていて清潔でとても良かったです。 ベッドも大きくて寝心地良かったです。 スタッフもとてもフレンドリーでした。 まわりには何もないので買い物に行くのは不便でしたがタクシー安いですし許容範囲かなと。 ちなみに海は浅すぎて泳ぐのは難しいです。 また泊まりたいなと思いました。

周りには何もない立地。タクシー利用必須ですし、スーパーなどに行くことは諦めてください。 でも他とは比べ物にならないくらい安くリゾート気分が味わえます。 vip特典は言わないと朝食は無料にならなかったし、100？割引？という特典は無かった。ビーチも泳ぐ気になれない感じでした。 それでも週末にはファイヤーショーもあったし、スタッフはみんな感じがよく、ホテルのビーチ出発で離島に日帰りで行けたのでまぁまぁ満足です! レストランはいつまでたってもメニューも持ってきてくれないので、スタッフの同線上にいないと時間がめちゃかかります。海が見える席だといつまでも注文できませんよー

滞在中毎日楽しく快適に過ごすことができました。施設は清潔でしたし、スタッフの皆さんも優しくフレンドリーで気持ちよく過ごせました。

A friendly, relaxing resort with a variety of accommodations. Food was very good. Both families and couples would enjoy this resort. It has an interesting history. The resort has more of a tropical island feel. There are activities during the day and often a show in the evening.

Everything about the place is great. Very friendly staff. Very well maintained.

Amazing stay if are looking to just relax and look within !

We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom villas with our own pool 🤗 The villa was very spacious and clean and the bedrooms were HUGE. The staff were very friendly and obliging and always a smile on their face. We had breakfast included with our stay and was very impressed with the selection that was available. The resort is a great destination for R&R and we will definitely return to First Landing again when we go back to Fiji Highly recommend👍

Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was great and lovely having the water views. Location was quite internal so away from the city itself. The beach was nice however suggest getting reef shoes as there was plenty of rocks. Overall the stay was good and a great expreience.

The resort is a bit dated and could do with a refresh. 3 stars

Awesome staff, so friendly & helpful. Slight improvement would be to move the smoking sections far away from food and pool. Very relaxed atmosphere. Handy having marina next door, ATM, other tours, car hire & great dinner spot, 'the boat shed'.

Staff are incredible, unparalleled location for natural beauty, lots of options for room types, and its a magical place. We loved our stay!! The bed was comfy, lots of hot water and everything you could want in our Ocean spa Bure. If you love music they have live performances that are amazing. Bula Bula.

Not clean Villa the electric stove didn't work The toilets were blocked I did not enjoy our stay
