予約したホテルにチェックインしようとした所、私の名前がパソコンにないことが判明した。予約番号を示したが、名前が登録されていない以上、宿泊はできなかった。非常に辛い場面に遭遇した。ホテルスドットコムに問い合わせたが、なしのつぶてであった。いったい何が起こったのかそれくらいは調査してほしいものだ。

Rude staff someone stole my id and bank card al round wouldn’t check the room for ut and told me I had to leave it wasn’t his problem

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient with shops nearby. However, my experience with the front desk staff wasn’t great.. the person at the desk seemed a bit rude and unapproachable. I think a friendlier attitude toward guests would make a big difference in the overall stay experience.

Shabby rooms with Luke-warm water in the shower.

Amazing room very spacey. The staff was very polite. Highly recommended.

The room was great and it was close to restaurants and bars. It was clean and spacious.

I asked for extra blankets and told me no with no hesitation.

Gets the job done if you have business in the area and need a safe place to sleep. The desk seat is small and not suitable for larger persons; I couldn't imagine getting any work done on it. Otherwise, no complaints. For good food, an excellent Mexican takeout restaurant is just down the block.

We visited Sacramento for an As game and stayed

One vending machine , no ice. The rooms were beat up but semi clean . Cant complaint to much for the price

The stay was okay. There was no closet for hanging clothes, iron or ironing board to press clothes. The towels were dingy.

I liked the big room I was in and it was very quiet the whole time I stayed there!

This property is located near downtown. Rooms are ok, a little dirty, t.v. didn't work, no phone in room, you have to go down stairs to the front desk and ask for help. It gets a little noisy at night. Good price compared to other hotel/Motels around the area.

Perfect for a quick overnight trip. Location is perfect for walking around the bar/restaurant scene. The room was comfortable and clean.

Usually don’t waste my time doing reviews but this place was bad. Got there and both my don’t work, first thing I see in the bathroom was a cockroach, it smelled like weed, and there wasn’t any body towels, there was only two face towels. And I booked this place for two night, ended up packing up everything and never came back for my second night. I knew what I was getting myself into because of the location but I didn’t think it would be this bad

The kid working the desk what sweet as hell. The accommodations were downright scary Everything was filthy The fridge was broken There was a burn mark on the toilet I’ve stayed in waaaaay better for 90$!!!

One of the worst properties I’ve ever stayed at. The TV didn’t work. The lighting was dark and dingy. The bed was uncomfortable. While we were out, they removed the used towels and didn’t replace them. While the location was relatively good, avoid this property if possible.

The check in was easy. The guy that checked me in was not the nicest. The room smelled clean, the walls were gross and dirty. The bathroom was dirty and so was the floor. The elevator is gross. Could definitely use a cleaning.
