The receptionists were all kind and nice. Enjoyed the stay.

駅から徒歩10分くらいです。坂が多いところなので、スーツケースを持って上がっていくのは、多少、大変です。受付の空いている時間は限りがありますが、特に差支えありませんでした。部屋はきれいです。バスルームの水はけが少し悪いのが気になりました。

受付はイタリア人でとても感じ良かったですが、眺望ありで予約したのに、裏の一階の息の詰まる部屋でした。 眺望ありで予約した旨伝え、眺望ありで予約しても必ずとは限らないと言われましたが、なんとかリノベーションしていない8階の部屋を用意してくれました。 見晴らしは良くなりましたが、部屋は綺麗とは言えず、カーテンもビリビリ、前の人の調理のニオイか、魚臭く、快適とは言えませんでした。 最終日には、料金は、振込で、という、謎の手紙も部屋に入っていました。 料金も決して安くなく、これならホテルの方がいいと思います。

スタッフの皆さんには、親切に対応してくださり、とても嬉しかったです。が、ベッドのタイプが違ったこと、テレビ、オーブンが壊れていたことが残念でした。客が来る前に全てチェックすべきです。また、日曜日にルームクリーニングされていなかったのも残念でした。

初めて宿泊しましたが､予想以上に清潔なホテルでした。 サービスアパートなので、生活に必要なものは殆どあります。 ペットボトルの水はありませんが、水道水が飲める国なので不要でした。 部屋も、短期宿泊には丁度良い広さです。 又、行く機会があれば利用したいと思います。

Booked for a night to attend concert at spark arena - very convenient walkable distance. Staff very helpful, room very clean and tidy and quiet. Would def stay again

Room was clean and comfortable. Car park was very tight

The staff were great but the property is dated. Our shower was leaking, there was black hair dye on our mirror, you only got one pillow per person, towels were paper thin and there was no heat pump - just a tiny heater hidden away. The curtains were too short for the window and not attached at the end so you spent ages trying to close them, which you needed to do as the neighbouring property looks right in on you

Great service, very friendly staff. Handy location to university and city centre, very walkable. 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Parking was a little tight, so would not suit larger vehicles. We only had a Kia Stonic and that was ok. There is paid on-road parking though.

Absolutely lovely stay, great safe parking, the latches on the window were broken however when we arrived

Great location if going to a concert at Spark. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room just a bit tired with a couple of quick-fixes needed. Overall very good and would stay again. FYI they charge a $200 bond to your credit card on check-in, was probably in the fine print but never come across this before.

Whilst this is a nice place to stay, the hot water was an issue as it keeps fluctuating from hot, cold and warm (at times too hot for kids) and there is a sign saying that you need to spread out the showers so not to run out of hot water. There is also no reverse cycle heating, so all heaters were portable and very loud. Kitchen was lacking cooking equipment and utensils.

A rear value quiet place to stay. Easy to get to by Public transport. Very close to some restaurants and the cbd.

Lovely reception staff and felt very welcome. Super nice apartment and very quiet.

Our car was quite big and difficult to get into lower car park

Quest on Eden was lovely. The room was spacious and the location quiet. It was an easy walk to the harbour and the city centre.
