Great experience, beautiful resort with nice view.

Had a lovely stay in the pool access room. The room was spacious and nicely decorated but is indeed showing signs of aging (i.e. chipped wood on cabinets or crack on tiles etc). Staff were mostly friendly and professional. Location is quite remote and removed from the other parts of phuket, which means more peace and privacy. FYI, grab is quite impossible to hail from the hotel, so don't rely on that. There is a small private beach though it isn't quite the best. Sand isn't soft and white and the water isn't that clear. But it is calm so is great for water activities, which is available free of charge. They had kayak and stand up paddling. Overall a great stay.

ห้องศาลาสะดวกสบายมากครับ มีความสงบและเป็นส่วนตัว วิวทะเลไร้ที่ติ มีสระส่วนตัวไว้ชมวิวตอนเย็น มีกิจกรรมทางน้ำให้เล่นด้วย พนักงานทุกคนน่ารักมาก ดูแลดีมาก มีโอกาสจะมาใหม่แน่นอนครับ

บรรยากาศดีมากค่ะ โรงแรมกว้างมาก พนักงานบริการดีสุดๆ ส่วนใหญ่คนที่ไปพักเป็นต่างชาติ ทัวร์เยอะ ถ้าไปเจอช่วงทัวร์ลงจะวุ่นวายมากค่ะ แต่รวมๆแล้วดีค่ะ ถ้ามีโอกาสก็คงจะไปอีก

If you want to avoid the crowd of Patong & still have your own beach, you can go with Westin Siray Bay. We got the room with private pool that look down to the main pool & all the way out to the bay, which is awesome.

Problem with shower in the bathroom and they cannot fix it. The beach is not good for swimming.

Old hotel that needs updating - wiring in our private pool room was not working and we could not control the lights - mould on the shower walls
