Front desk staff and breakfast was excellent. Carpet in room seemed dirty.

The location of the Holiday Inn is very convenient to get to and drive around the city. The only issues were the a/c made a lot of noise when it was running. If you have a room on the 3nd floor you can hear all the noise coming from the above unit. Also had very low pressure for the shower.

The bed was comfortable. The floor in the entry and bathroom was sticky. So were the nightstands. Possibly too much soap in their cleaning water. Overall it wasn’t bad.

Easy access from highway

Hotel is kinda run down, duvet cover was stained, there was ash on the desk chair, footsteps and noise from room above us was so loud. Breakfast was decent, front desk staff at check-out were friendly

Stay was fine, rooms need better attention when cleaning, floors dirty and carpet’s dirty

The property was well maintained and clean. The breakfast area was homey and we liked that there were napkins and salt and pepper on the tables. Th young lady that was taking care of the guests in the breakfast area was extremely friendly and helpful!

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great. Bathroom was not clean.

TV wouldn’t work. Called twice to try to get it working.

The staff is what makes this one of the best places to spend the night. I do a large amount of traveling, and the staff was by far the best that I have experienced in a long time! Great job to all of the employees!

It was a good place to stay to visit Laurel for a day

As far as the property and the teammates I had contact with it was great. We stayed 3 nights. After the first night I don’t think anyone from housekeeping had even entered the room that day. I had to go to the front desk when we got back to get clean towels. The next morning I stopped by the desk and asked the lady to please make sure we got clean towels and the got the trash. We had been eating in the room from the Buffalo Wild Wings and had a lot. When we returned the did as asked and absolutely nothing else because they didn’t leave coffee and / or cups in the room so we had to go back to the front desk for that stuff that evening. This review is not meant to throw the place under the bus because if I ever go back I would definitely stay there again. I just think that they should be aware of it because there is a flyer in the room that says they do all of the mentioned things each day and it didn’t happen.

Neighborhood was awful.

Close to interstate but couldn’t hear the traffic from the room.
