All was good - rooms need a little paint touch up

This was a beautiful stay in the highest peak in the Algaves. Our room was spacious and had a stunning view, staff was friendly and very accommodating! Breakfast was included , however you need to make dinner reservations if you want to eat there. I would suggest doing this before you arrive if you want to eat at a regular hour. After we checked in and settled in we made our reservation and could not get anything sooner than 9:00pm. However the wait for the food was worth it!

Die Zimmer sind riesig, mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, das Personal freundlich und hilfbereit (für uns wurde mehrfach die Tischtennisplatte im Mehrzweckraum aufgebaut - Danke dafür!) Was etwas schlecht ist, dass der Weg zum beheizten AUßenpool eher einer Wanderung entspricht, wenn man im Trakt A untergekommen ist. Außerdem fanden wir die Buffetangebote an Ostern so überteuert, dass wir dann eben außwärts Essen gegangen sind.

We stayed here several times, and besides the service is always 5 stars from every staff, the room where we stayed ( B 820) needs repairs done. Skirting boards broken, lampshades needed replacing, wall damaged and in need of a fresh coat of paint. It's a shame. We love this hotel, but it does need a bit of look after.

The BREAKFAST was okay, there could be more choice, There should be property SAUSAGE more choice of cereals food should be warmer.

L hotel ne merite pas 5 étoiles , le service n est pas au niveau . Les parties com munes sont envahis d enfants ( dans la salle de sport ). Un seul restaurant ouvert. Piscine fermée. L eau du spa froide . Le coffre de la chambre ne Fffonctionnait pas

Can I give this establishment 10 stars? I cannot recommend it highly enough! Stay in room B 827. The view is magical. The hotel (and room) is modern, stylish, chic and comfortable. So many vegan options at breakfast 🙏. Super friendly staff. Absolutely will stay here again and recommend to everyone I know.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, würden aber mit einem 2-jährigen Kind, das nicht zu spät schlafen sollte, das Abendessen nicht mehr buchen. Das À-La-carte-Essen war von sehr guter Qualität, der Service sehr freundlich, aber unserem Wunsch, dass die Kleine alles ohne Verzögerung bekommt, konnte leider zu selten gefolgt werden

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast choices. Hotel inside was lovely, needs a bit of renovation on the grounds around the hotel. For the price of stay we were more than happy and would stay again.

Room is spacious, swimming pools are nice.

Unser Aufenthalt war fantastisch. Begeistert hat uns vor allem die Freundlichkeit und der Service.

2nd visit to hotel - lovely location & facilities. Service was not as good as before. We had booked dinner in the restaurant but had to leave within 10 minutes as no service. We headed to the bar & got servdd right away.

Muss dringend renoviert werden. Personal aber top.

Rooms are spacious and clean, service throughout our stay was excellent. Great breakfast - lots of choice and all very fresh. We always enjoy our stay here, this time we had a bit more time to enjoy the pool and pool bar - really lovely facility and very relaxing.

Me and my family had a great experience. It's a great hotel specially when traveling with kids, good infra and activities towards toddlers and kids. Special shout out to the staff, absolute stellar service and care. Other highlights goes to level of cleanliness and overall care of all public spaces and the food, that was delicious every single day.

Todo muy bien, el personal del hotel es maravilloso. Habitaciones e instalaciones cuidadas al detalle, volveremos.

It's out of the way if you want a quiet holiday, you have to get a taxi everywhere to get to the towns and shops

The staff were brilliant, so friendly and very helpful

Its clean &modern but not 5* its a bit disjointed and confusing with lifts and blocks. We were lucky we had an amazing view, but lots didnt. We had ants in our kitchen area and bathroom. Only 1 restaurant in main building was all inclusive the other 2 werent - which is nothing ive heard of! Cant get a drink from a paying bar, have to go upstairs to get served! Ridiculous- nothing for children to do of an evening so they seem to get in the way of other guests, or staff, but a 5* would have an area for them to be, its sold as all inclusive and for families.

C’est plus un 4 étoiles qu’un 5 étoiles. Personnel accueillant et agréable. Les piscines extérieures sont très bien. Dommage que l’on ait pas accès à la piscine intérieure sauf à réserver un soin SPA. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre (ils ont trouvé une solution en mettant une Clim portable mais pour un 5 étoiles cela reste décevant !) Les produits salle de bain n’étaient pas suffisants pour une famille de 4 personnes.
