I cannot fault the staff at this hotel. As a nonogenarian I was treated with the utmost courtesy and help. I, unfortunately, suffered what might euphemistically be called a medical incident shortly after arrival. Some of the staff were with me at the time and Alysha immediately called for an ambulance. I shall always be grateful for the kindness

Plenty of free parking The service from staff from checking in to checking out was superb. The breakfast was very good. Our room was large enough for our needs and clean with very comfortable bed. Bar open in evening and prices on par with pubs.

Arrived to be told that restaurant was closed which is one of the specifications I look for when booking due to long days travelling and late arrival. Also requested ground floor room and was given room upstairs. This I blame on Hotels.com rather than actual hotel as clearly no info given on restaurant closure when booking, and neither did they pass on request of lower floor. Overall not a great experience on this trip

clean, tidy , pleasant staff. good breakfast. no evening dining but you get 5% discount from restaurant 200 yards down the road. We got back at 9pm to find the bar locked and not available for a night cap - disappointed.

Hotel in a good location on edge of Narbeth town and good amount of parking. Facilities were good, nice outside seating area with a covered patio overlooking local playing fields. pleasant and friendly welcome by Receptionist on arrival. Explained about the facilities available during our stay and if we needed any assistance or has any issues at all to not hesitate to speak with a member of staff who would gladly help. We stayed in a double room with king sized bed on the first floor and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The room had a large bay window which overlooked the outside seating area & the playing fields. The room looked like it had been recently decorated and was spotless. There were tea & coffee facilities available & complimentary bottles of water. The shower room was spotless & the toiletries provided were plentiful. The dining room and indoor bar areas again were spotless and the doctor really pleasant. The hotel overall looked like it had recently had a makeover & we can honestly say that whoever they commissioned has certainly done it justice. We had booked bed & breakfast and again couldn’t fault the it. The two young members of staff who served us were again really pleasant and when I had an issue with the coffee maker did not hesitate to help. Can highly recommend the granola and the hot breakfast food was cooked fresh to order, couldn’t fault it. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

The Plas breakfast was one if not the best I have had anywhere, all freshly cooked. Also, plenty of choices to suit everyone. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but one little criticism is that there was no handle to aid getting into the shower/bath. This was mentioned to the receptionist in the morning, she duly made a note of it and would pass it on to the maintenance person. Would recommend the Plas and would go back there.

Hotel is well located in walking distance from the town centre. Staff all very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely room, clean and nicely decorated, with a super comfy bed. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options. It’s a shame there is no evening restaurant although on Expedia it says there is. The hotel has an arrangement with a pub/restaurant around the corner, it’s not far but it’s not on site. Also the bar shuts at 8 in the week and 9 at the weekend.

We found it difficult to park at hotel due to an evening event - this we were told was to finish at 11pm but loud music continued until close to 1 am. (12.45 am). Upon returning at 11.20 pm expected car park to be clear but it was not . The morning check out at 10 is ludicrous under these circumstances but we made it despite fitting in breakfast. Hotel is very good and staff friendly but 10am check outs are not something that will encourage me to stay again.

Another return visit to this lovely hotel. This time we stayed for 5 nights. We had another very comfortable stay in ths quality family hotel. Beautiful room with fine fittings and linen. Wonderful breakasts in the lovely dining room and a warm welcome from the friendly staff made for a fabulous stay. Could not give this hotel a higher recommendation!

It was warm and cosy with a lovely atmosphere.

We stayed at this hotel due to attending a local funeral! We received a telephone call mid afternoon to ask our what time we were due to arrive and to advise us there would be no food available and there was a possibility there would be no-one on reception to check us in at between our ETA of 7 - 8 pm. As it was, there was a young man to hand us our key but it felt we were the only ones in house (in fact there were other guests) which felt kind of quaint. The hotel is charming and decor lovely. We walked around Narbeth town and found a friendly pub for a drink and the local convenience store for a snacky dinner! Our room was compact but perfectly adequate. There were a few things which could be improved upon - lamp switch too close to the floor and almost behind the bed etc but this has been fed back accordingly. Breakfast was acceptable and the funeral wake was also held there and the F&B supplied was very good.

Enjoyed our stay very much - friendly helpful staff, easy check in and check out. Short walk into town and just across the road from Hwb (an excellent place for food and drink). Lots of free parking at hotel, free wifi, lovely bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast this morning was good too.

Very nice place to stay right in the heart of Narberth.

The hotel is pristine and beautiful. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. However, our room was absolutely freezing. The radiator in room 1 was horrible. During the day when I took a nap before a 4 hour tasting menu, I had to sleep fully clothed with my wool scarf/hat and coat on. It was incredibly frustrating but a staff member bled our radiator so it was warmer when we got back to the hotel around midnight. My friends enjoyed the breakfast.

Lovely, convenient hotel to stay at. Great value for money. Frontline staff friendly and professional. Twin room quite small but lovely modern bathroom. Tea tray a little disappointing, would have expected biscuits on there, but no. Breakfast was amazing. They have now installed a coffee machine which I was told dispensed great coffee. So much choice for breakfast. Full breakwast was tasty and local produce of a high quality. They have amended the amount of food on the plate but, for myself still plenty but less wastage.10/10. Very comfortable stay!!! Will return.
