This apartment locates just next to the Galeria Dominikanska, which is very convenient for many aspects, shopping, transport, sight seeing in the old town. The room was nice and clean. If I will have another visit, I will choose this apartment again.

Oscar4xxに宿泊。 部屋の広さ、清潔さ、洗濯機は満足。 物干し、アイロンもあります。 風呂はシャワーブースのみなのは承知だが、 3泊中シャワーヘッドからお湯を浴びることは出来なかった(念押しでフロントに操作方法の確認もしました) シャワーヘッドだけピカピカ新品のままの部屋（笑） ブタペスト空港でTSA破壊されたスーツケースを、工具持って部屋に来てくれて華麗に開けてくれた時は涙出そうだったし、ほんとにシャワーだけが不満。

アパート形式なので、ルームクリーニングはないが、広々としたリビングとキッチンがついているので、快適に過ごせました。 価格の割に非常に良いです。 タオルが1式しかないので、長期滞在の場合は、部屋に完備の洗濯機で使い回す必要あり。 総合的に4点。

The studio has a decent size, good bathroom. I used both the washing machine and the dishwasher. The building is located in a death-endstreet which I used as a servicealley too. Can be noisy due to carbishtrucks and vans and trucks unloading. Better have an appartment on the backside

The check in message was quite late arriving and i didn't see it. I had to ask for it to be resent. It wasn't a problem and once resolved i was able to access the property easily.

The guard is rude to to the guest and even stop us back to the room. But other than that the room is perfect.

Our apartment was very nice, spacious and clean. It was located very centrally to the city center and was a convenient walk to many places. However, the one complaint I have is that the check in process could use some improvement. I didn’t get my check in info/code until 2 pm the day of our arrival after requesting it multiple times. It was also sent via a WhatsApp message, not via my email. The hot water also stopped working the morning of our check out day. These were not major deficiencies. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Der Check in war etwas schwierig da unser zimmer Code nicht funktioniert hatte. Zum Glück war nebenan ein netter Mann der Englisch konnte und für uns mit dem Hotel telefoniert hat.

The apartment was great, very close to old town and the Christmas market. We did not use the kitchen and just be aware that the washer is the smallest washer EVER, you can barely fit 2 items in it, so be prepared to do several washings. They only provide 1 pod. Also we did not use the kitchen but it's very basic with minimal amenites in terms of salt/pepper/coffee fixing etc. Be prepared to go grocery shopping. We did

Bei unserem Aufenthalt gab es leider einige unerfreuliche Überraschungen. Zuerst landeten wir in einem Apartment, das eine Kategorie niedriger war als eigentlich gebucht. Erst auf Rückfrage wurde der Fehler eingeräumt, der wohl aufgrund einer Überbuchung entstanden ist, da kein Apartment in der eigentlich Kategorie mehr verfügbar war. Nach mehrfachem Nachhaken wurde zwar eine Erstattung der Preisdifferenz zugesichert, jedoch konnte die Situation letztendlich erst mithilfe von Expedia geklärt werden. Eine weitere unerfreuliche Situation hatte mit dem Parken in der Tiefgarage zu tun. Am ersten Tag war uns dort ein Platz zugewiesen worden für 30 PLN pro Tag, womit wir auch super zufrieden waren. Jedoch stand am 3. Tag plötzlich ein anderes Auto auf unserem Platz. Der Parkplatz war aus Versehen doppelt vergeben worden. Es startete ein Hin und Her mit der Rezeption am Telefon, da es keine Mitarbeiter vor Ort gibt. Nach etwa 30 Minuten in denen uns immer wieder neue Parkplatznummern gegeben wurden, fand sich letztendlich zum Glück in neuer Platz. Aufgrund dieser beiden Vorfälle waren wir mit der Kommunikation leider nicht sehr zufrieden. Ansonsten war das Apartment sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Leider war unser Waschbecken im Bad nahezu vollständig verstopft. Die Lage war wirklich super zentral.

This has to be one of the nicer stays we have been to in a long time. The apartment was very well equipped and nicely decorated and renovated. Kitchen had everything you needed and coffee pods. Slippers were a nice touch as well. A few things to note: - The apartments do not have a reception and they communicate via WhatsApp called SmartChat and they also take payment via a link in a WhatsApp. I was unsure if this was a scam, as it is always advised to communicate within Expedia and not to pay through an unknown link. However, I called the apartment's business number and confirmed it was indeed their business. I sent the payment after I arrived to the apartment just to make sure. - Also, the address to the apartment was given to me the day before i arrived, which is different than advertised. However, it was not far from the original address and the apartment had lots of great restaurants in the same building. Overall, a really great stay and would recommend!

The apartment is extremely well located in a quiet cul de sac that is 300m from the main square (Reynek) with its huge selection of restaurants/bars, one of the main malls is 200m via an underground walkway, convenient for main transports links. The apartment itself is extremely comfortable and extremely warm plus option of air conditioning for summer stays.

The apartment was in great condition and clean. The big windows and the location is just perfect. We had a problem with the check in because we didn’t receive the information and the only way to contact the hotel is by phone. There’s no reception. But we managed to get our check in information by phone in the end and after that everything was fine!
