Outstanding, beautiful small hotel, located in one of the most convenient and afluent areas of the city. Very safe and walking distance to great dinning options

The ambience was lovely. Alexis at the front desk was absolutely fabulous. He was exceptionally hospitable and welcoming.

The area was safe, in a nice neighborhood, plenty of spots to eat within walking distance and close to many nice shopping areas. The hotel itself was very nice and cost efficient. The staff were extremely friendly and the restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Colombia. That is for sure

Tuve problema con mi tarjeta de ingreso a la habitación varias veces Y la persona de recepción en vez de cambiarla me abría En ningún momento ofreció cambiarla o cambiarme de habitación Lo que hizo de esto una mala experiencia

En general es un hotel bueno en una zona segura. Pero no cumplen con la propuesta de VIP Access de Expedia. En mi reserva estaba indicado "1 bebida gratis para 2 (por persona, una vez por estancia)", pero al momento de check-in no me entregaron ningún cupón. Pregunte despues y me dijeron que van a llevar a habitacion 2 botellas de agua (segun mi experiencia en otros hoteles entregan cupones para algun coctel o algo asi), pero tampoco llevaron algo a la habitacion. Despues de publicar esta reseña el hotel indico que si, dejaron las bebidas de cortesía en habitacion antes de mi llegada. Pero no fui asi. Utilizamos del mini-bar y pagamos.

Small, cozier hotel with very good breakfast, and easy taxi access for getting around.

Sadly the price quoted in Hotels.com was NOT what I was charged in the property. I was charged $70 more!! Also the property is NOT sound proof. Guests arriving I middle of the night are heard very loud in the room!
