The location is great and calm in the night. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

リフトが無いので、荷物の上げ下ろしが大変 部屋は広く清潔 ただし、エアコン、冷蔵庫は無い

古き良きフランスを感じさせる内装。妻は大喜びでした。観光にも便利。とても良かったです。バスタブつきの部屋リクエストすると替えてくれました。

フランスの小さな客室には慣れていますが、こちらのクラシックダブルルームは二人だと狭いです。ベッドも小さいので単身向き。二人以上でしたらスーペリアなどが宜しいかと。。。エレベーターがないのですが、加えてステップフロアで迷路のよう。ですがインテリアはとても可愛らしく、清潔。フロントの方はどなたも優しくフレンドリーですし、食事も美味しい。ロケーションも最高ですので部屋選びにご注意いただきお薦めしたいホテルです。

駅に近く、観光に最適です。 広場に面しているので、場所はわかりやすいです。

リヨンの中心部ともいえるベルクール広場に面しているので、観光にはとても便利です。 外部や部屋同士の騒音などが気になることもありませんでした。 部屋は広々としているわけではありませんが、ベッドが大きいので寛ぐには十分だと思います。 浴室には、トイレ・洗面台・小さめのシャワーブースがあり、浴槽はありません。 お湯は普通に使えるので、シャワーだけで済ませられるのであれば問題ないと思います。

想像していた以上に快適で綺麗なホテルでした。 ２階のフロントへの案内が、壁に描かれたベルボーイの絵・・というのもセンスのいいエスプリを感じました。 総合的に、この価格のホテルとは思えない快適性とセンスの良さに大満足です。 フロントの方の対応も感じが良くて、外国人旅行者としては心強かったです。 お陰でリヨンでの滞在がより印象的なものとなりました。

This hotel is small, but cute and clean. In addition, their staffs are amazing. They dealt with my questions elaborately and also changed my 5 euro note into smaller coins for metro fee (in Lyon you can buy metro tickets only by coins).

Personal sehr freundlich. Alles sehr sauber. Frühstück sehr gut! Brauchten Hilfe i.S. Schiffsanlegestelle und wurden von der Receptionistin vorbildlich betreut und informiert! Was will man mehr ? Gerne kommen wir wieder! Mit lieben Grüßen Georg und Doris Strub aus der Schweiz

The location is very central and the hotel itself was beautiful. I wish I could rate this hotel more highly however I have to say do not book this hotel any time near a major sporting event as we stayed the night of the World Cup final game and after Spain won people went around the plaza (directly under our window) in cars and motorcycles all night celebrating by honking, playing music and revving engines until 2:30am nonstop and then once in a while until later. I understand this is outside the control but the staff did not have any ear plugs or any options to accommodate this issue so we were not able to sleep until 3am and did not enjoy our stay.

Although older property, the French rustic style was delightful and well-maintained. Well situated in the city and ready to navigate for sightseeing. The air conditioning in the room was struggling due to the heat wave. But completely understandable and expected considering the extreme heat. I recommend this property and would revisit when traveling in Lyon again.

The hotel is very dated, no TV in our room, breakfast was truly terrible.

Magnifique hôtel, la porte d'entrée côté rue est très petite et ne se repère pas de suite mais de l'autre côté du couloir, le bâtiment est très grand et formidablement aménagé. Tout est beau et bien pensé et le personnel extrêmement sympathique et prévenant. J'ai passé un excellent moment et si je reviens à Lyon, c'est dans cet hôtel que je retournerai. Cependant, à noter que pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, il faut monter au premier étage sans ascenseur et que la salle de bain est équipée d'une sublime baignoire à l'ancienne que j'ai adoré !

Tout était bien et agréable. Très bien situé. Mais chambre minuscule, d’autant plus que baignoire et lavabo sont DANS la chambre!!

Beautiful room and unique one

Clean spacious room overlooking the main square was enchanting. Every staff member was welcoming and helpful answering our questions. The breakfast included numerous choices and was in a quaint setting full of historical items, pictures and knick-knacks. The location was very good. Highly recommend.
