清潔で市街地からも近く、朝食も美味しかったので大満足です

Good hotel.

何も気にせず泊まる分には、いいのではと思います。朝食も美味しくいただきました。 気になる点が何点かあります。 換気扇の音がうるさく、つけっぱなしだと結構気になりました。 ドリンクバーがあるものの、値段表示や確認票がなく、使うのをためらいました。 棚の奥などに埃があり、清掃が行き届いてるとは言えないかなーと思います。

店員さんの対応良く、部屋もとても綺麗でした 朝食バイキングもフルーツいっぱいでそこそこ充実してました ほぼほぼ満足だったのですが、あえてﾏｲﾅｽ点をあげると、部屋の清掃がいまいちでした 連泊だったのですが、１日だけタオルがかわってなかったり(当然ﾌﾛﾝﾄに言ってかえてもらいました)、ベットメイキングはしても実はシーツ類がそのままだったりでシワがあったりしました でも、海外で泊まるﾎﾃﾙの中でｺｽﾊﾟ的にもかなりﾚﾍﾞﾙは高い方ではないでしょうか？！

Great breakfast

Fui extremamente bem atendida neste hotel! Adorei a hospitalidade do senhor italiano que fica na recepção e, depois de muitos dias pela Europa, foi muito bom conversar um pouco em português com ele, rs. O hotel também tem ótima localização, e o quarto é confortável.

The room was very spacious and had all the modern amenities but we loved the historical architecture. The location is perfect for exploring the west side of Prague and very close to the Charles Bridge. The breakfast had a ton of options so we never had trouble finding delicious selections. There are a lot of restaurants nearby for the remaining meals in the day and a few markets as well. We had a view of the back of the palace and would absolutely stay there again. It’s quiet and provides a great respite each night when exploring Prague.

SPACIOUS basic room! Lovely amenities like towel warming rack (great to dry underwear and socks too!), plenty of shelving and closet space to easily unpack and display your wardrobe, lots of pillows, nice selection of teas and coffee, etc. The breakfast is great! Big variety of fresh food to accommodate different preferences- and yummy flaky pastries! The wait staff and cleaning staff very down to earth. My incoming front desk attendant, who’s name I believe is Guisseppi, was so positive, personal and welcoming. I was traveling alone, so it especially made me feel I’d picked the right place. Lastly, the environment is light and full of lovely plants and artwork. Two thumbs up from me.

Lovely hotel and perfect location, close to the centre but quiet peaceful area

It's a nice place. Central location right by the bridge. But there was an integrity issue. They had advertised air conditioning. But you couldn't use it "out of season". Well it was hot. Big fail!

Lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Quality tea and coffee provided in room with well-stocked minibar and very good breakfast included in the price. Smallish room but fine for solo traveller with great shower and bathroom. Minor suggestion would be to have a slightly heavier curtain to block out early morning light. Quiet location but close to castle and Charles Bridge. Tram hub a few minutes walk and metro slightly further in opposite direction. Would definitely stay here again if available.

Meget imødekommende italiensk receptionist og meget hjælpsom. Gode værelser med god seng og hyggelig stemning. God morgenmad. Desværre ingen parkering ved selve hotellet, kun via bureau som er forholdsvis dyrt og man skal overlade bilen til andre. Men 13 min gang fra hotellet er der en parkeringskælder til billigere penge.

Mycket trevlig person. God frukost. Mycket renligt.

The hotel was great! The location was perfect couldn’t have picked a better place. The staff was wonderful and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more.
