いいホテルなんですが、メンテナンスさえなければ…建物の壁面メンテナンス工事中でした。足場が気になりました。 ただ、窓を少し開けて眠ると、波の音が心地良かったです。

Very welcoming host, the room had an amazing veiw. Very clean, good variety of tea, coffee and a hot chocolate. The bottle of water in the fridge was a godsend when I got back after a long day. Breakfast was very tasty, full english with a glass of fruit juice and a pot of tea( or coffee). It was so helpful being able to drop my bag off before check in... Which when I arrived I was able to check in early. Also I could leave my bag there when I checked out, meaning I didn't have to lug it around with me all day till going for my train. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again. 😊

Lovely hotel in a good location with nice views of the sea if you have a room in the front of the building. I used public transport and walked, the hotel was about a 20 minute walk from the train station.

Last minute booking for an event in town. Perfect location, room spotless, top breakfast,great view from the room and the lady who runs the place couldn't be more helpful. From checking in to checking out top notch, if im back for the event next year will 100% book again!

We had an amazing stay at Leeway Hotel in Scarborough. The room was very cozy, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view over the bay was absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise. The location is perfect — close to the castle and the town centre, but still peaceful and relaxing. The traditional English breakfast was delicious every morning. The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming and creates such a lovely homely atmosphere. We especially appreciated the soft background music around the house and during breakfast — it made the mornings feel extra special. We truly had a wonderful time and would happily stay here again.

The stay was wonderful and the host was very helpful all in all a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is nicely located, close to the seafront and short walk to the centre. Pleasantly welcomed to the hotel and the bedroom was nice and clean, pretty spacious and ideal for two friends staying over. The bottles of water, milk and coffee by the bed was a nice touch. breakfast was also good so I’d recommend that to anyone staying.

A really comfortable place to stay. I had a clean, well equipped room with a lovely sea view (& free parking). Friendly & helpful host, delicious breakfast - great value for money. I will definitely stay again.

Clean, well equipped and warm room. Owner allowed us to park up on our early arrival which was appreciated. 10-15 minutes walk either down to the beach (steep) or into the town centre. Our room had a small fridge with bottled water and single serve milk cartons and a coffee pod machine with pods. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and two packs of 2 biscuits were supplied. Ceramic cups for tea, glass cups for pod coffees and glasses all on hand. Just a very well thought out guest experience. The hotel is 3 floors high with no lift so uf mobility is an issue you may struggle with stairs to the higher rooms. Comfy bed and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is on the sea-front, and the room had a sea view as advertised. Parking on site for 4 cars, so no panicking about finding a spot. Very friendly welcome from the owner, and the room was very comfortable with a decent double bed. I would highly recommend the Leaway if you need somewhere to stay in the Scarborough area.

Room overlooking the beach superb. Suzanna was excellent approachable accomodating and generally a magnificent host.

Clean room and excellent cooked breakfast. Landlady very friendly and helpful. Conveniently placed for seeing Scarborough. Sea view from the front bedrooms. We had no problem parking in front of hotel but we were the only guests - at busier times this might be more of a problem.
