古い建物にも拘わ柄らず、掃除が行き届いて清潔感がありました。朝食もバランス良い品揃えで、鉄道やバスの駅にも歩いて行ける範囲でした。また、利用しようと思います。

エクスペディアを通じて朝食付きのプランで予約をした（エクスペディアの予約画面にも、はっきりと記載されている） ところが、朝食付きでは無いと言われ、朝食代を請求された。 エクスペディアへの確認をお願いしたが、「自分でやれ。」と言われた。 エクスペディアにも確認をお願いしているが、未だ何のリアクションももらえていない。

Todo estaba correcto, limpio, amplio, cerca de diferentes servicios y personal muy amable en todo momento. por trabajo tengo que volver y sin duda reservare nuevamente.

hotel excellente y bien hubicado. parking subterraneo con rampa un poco inclinada. pero valido para 90% de los coches.

A hotel always dark inside

Very tired hotel. Bedspreads were fraying, beds and pillows uncomfortable, could hear people talking in adjacent rooms ( until 3 in the morning), heard doors slamming all night, heard others flushing toilets, barely adequate air conditioning. Not close to historic center. Jaén has 4 Michelin Guide rated restaurants, but other than the Parador out of town, a lack of hotel options. Disappointing hotel given Hotels.com misleading reviews.

This place looks kinda cute in the lobby, like you get in to late 80s, but the room felt really old and outdated. Our room had some old things kind is smell. Pillow and bed was ok, sheets were clean. The room didn’t have comforters, just some plaid. Sink were not draining well. This hotel doesn’t feel like 4 stars at all. Parking is not very easy, and there hard to find a place to load off the luggage. We were on the first floor yet there were some stairs which makes it harder to carry the luggage. There was no one who offered a help with luggage at the hotel. As for me, I wouldn’t stay there again. It’s time to renovate hotel.

The hotel was clean and provided everything that was required, including an underground secure car park. The breakfast was good. They did not do lunch or dinner, but did have a coffee bar which provided light meals all day.
