We arrived at this hotel after a 2.5 hour drive from Christchurch by rental car. The very cheerful staff welcomed us, which helped to ease the fatigue of the long drive on unfamiliar roads. The grounds were well-cleaned and very quiet. The sounds of birds singing and the waves crashing on the shore beyond the mountains were pleasant to hear. We stayed for two nights, and the other guests were also polite and pleasant to greet. If I could make a few suggestions for the next guest and the manager, it would be best to check that some of the downlights in the dining room need to be replaced and that the clothes dryer stopped working on the second day. But that's really just a small thing. With the nature of Kaikoura and the hospitality of the staff, we were more than satisfied. Thank you！！

今回スタジオの部屋で予約。キッチンも浴槽もない。狭い。 １ベッドルームならキッチンも浴槽もランドリーもあるようだが・・・。 冷蔵庫、物入れの扉を開こうとした時に、ベッドが邪魔になって90度までも開かない。60度位しか開かない。 冷蔵庫の物の出し入れがしにくい。物入れの鏡も当然見えない、物の出し入れも不便。ベッドを動かせればいいのですが、 それも固定されていて動かない。たとえ動かせても反対側のドアが邪魔になる。完全に設計ミスでしょう。 ロケーションも町中から2.5ｋｍ離れていて不便。同じ値段なら町中にもっと設備の良い部屋が借りられたと思う。

最高級のapartment、しかも安い料金で幸いでした。

Felt like a really safe location . Just booked a studio room for 2 night but was the perfect size for a solo traveller and had all the amenties i needed. Good shower / comfy bed and tea / coffee etc . Also had good parking and friendly staff at check in . Definitely recommend.

Friendly helpful staff lovely accommodation everything we needed

The Studio unit and price was great value for a one night stay. The property and adjacent neighbourhood is very nice. However note: if you open the studio entry patio door curtains you looking at the parking lot which is 5 meters away so they always need to be closed). If your going to stay longer get the upgraded units! Well worth the extra money and amenities.

Modern property in a very nice new area away from the highway so very quiet & peaceful yet only 3km from town. Would definitely choose this property again.

Expedia needs to distinguish between amenities for apartment and studios. If you rent the studio there is no cooking capabilities available, not even a hot plate! This has been the first location on our travels north to South islands with a “kitchenette” without a stove. The tv is small too.

Super friendly staff, let us check out an hour late after we went on an early morning dolphin swim. So nice to have a hot shower before we hit the road.

En meget lille, men OK fungerende“studio”lejlighed placeret ca. 3 km fra Kaikoura på en meget pæn grund. Alt fungerer som det skulle, men køleskabet virkede ikke. Hvis jeg skal opholde mig der næste gang, bestiller jeg “apartment“- den er større og har et køkken.

Property manager was so nice and pleasant. The apartment was perfect! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We stayed in a studio room. Quite small. Good only for a one night stay which is what we wanted.

Host very helpful and nice. Room clean, modern. 5 min drive to town of Kaikoura or wonderful hike of the point.

Wonderful units and a lovely staff. You need to drive into town, it’s in a little isolated development, buts it’s also a very short drive to get there
