Clean, good,, kind service, nice breakfast! When my wife had cold and slightly fever, they brought hot tea, thank you so much for your kindness. They accepted us with so warmly heart. Mutussimo gracias, Patrice, we will go back to this hotel if we have a chance to visit Pasto.

First time in Pasto. Service was impeccable, the owner and his staff friendly and helpful. Place itself charming and clean. Breakfast fabulous. location safe. 15 min walk to downtown. Restaurants one or two blocks away. Catholic church one block away (that was very nice and unexpected) Highly recommend!

Hotel Frances La Maison is a quaint hotel in the middle of Pasto. The rooms are clean and filled with the amenities. It has a touch of French since the proprietor is French. Breakfast and conversation is included which makes a stay in Pasto complete.

Service was great, very convenient location, and cleanliness inside the room and at general areas was really good. Everything inside the room worked very well. Breakfast was delicious. And, hotel staff was very kind, friendly and very gentle.

We saw the great reviews for this hotel and can only add ourselves to the list of excellent reviews. We were treated so well, as if we were family. The breakfast "made to order" was terrific. Go for the fruit salad for a treat covering a broad variety of Colombian fruit. We had to extend our stay by a few days and had no problems with this. We will be back when the opportunity presents itself.

Me gusto mucho la Maison, un hotel boutique muy limpio, camas comodas y excelente desayuno. Talvez habitaciones y baños un poco pequeños, pero ya he visto peores. En general un muy agradable hotel y bien ubicado. La atencion estupenda. Gracias

My stay at the Hotel Frances La Madison was great! Patrice and his staff are friendly, the hotel is very clean and the customer service was second to none. Every morning you are greeted with a delicious breakfast and at night, a hot cup of tea. It was wonderful!
