Very quiet and relaxing place, fantastic hotel for vacation! But not much choice of restaurant/shops around the area.

Dans la chambre de mes amis, pas de serviettes de toilette et les poubelles n avaient pas été vidées. Impossibilité d aller se baigner en mer à cause de dangeureux rochers se trouvant dans l eau juste en face de la plage;l hôtel aurait du en retirer et faire un chemin d accès dans l eau. Dîner buffet de qualité médiocre et manque d équipements dans les chambres . Pas digne d un quatre étoiles

Sehr schönes, großes Zimmer mit herrlichem Meerblick und Blick auf die Burg. Sehr gutes italienisches Essen - bis auf die Desserts - inklusive Hauswein und Wasser. Sehr freundliches Personal - vor allem unser deutschsprechender Kellner. Insgesamt gepflegte Anlage direkt am Meer - mit einem schönen Strand zum Baden und einem Liegebereich etwas erhöht. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The buffet was excellent. The only downside was no handrail getting into and out of the pool. That would've been appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Angela at the front desk was such a lovely person and also the barkeeper. Best cocktails in the area!! Very quiet and relaxing resort. And our suite was just wonderfull and very clean. Good mattress! The sea view was stunning!

No shower head, how should I wash my child properly? Then I was told to use the bidet, I was moved to a disabled room after first being told that everything was fully booked, which is obviously not true because there are only shower heads in the disabled rooms - The disabled toilet is a challenge for my son because it is so high that he could fall down - The table is sticky and it's dirty everywhere - Internet not working, complaint was filed, still no internet so far - broken furniture - Mattress on the left ok, mattress on the right very uncomfortable, supposedly needs to be changed - Electricity meter is broken, makes noise so I couldn't sleep, but as soon as you pull out the card the noise stops but you have no electricity and the air conditioning doesn't work. I was offered Oropax and a technician came a day after - after the beach in the evening I found the hotel room door completely open and the terrace door too because the door wasn't closed properly, when I complained they apologized and that was it. Luckily nothing was stolen, they said "nothing normally happens here" - The minibar fridge is so warm that you can't store milk, they said that's normal for small fridges, but I can give the milk to reception if I want - no light on the ceiling, you can hardly see anything in the evening because the light on the wall is warm light - The water was cold to lukewarm the first night and now only lukewarm, not hot as it should be I felt extremely uncomfortable

Lovely hotel with a private, quiet beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant extremely good. The local area has many lovely towns and Butera is definitely worth a trip for the views. We visited the Valley of the Temples which is under an hour away and there are plenty of other beaches to head to should you want to.

Not a bad place but to ask 70€ (35€ each) for a mandatory card where to charge eventually extras sound a little bit like a bad joke. It's the kind of thing that you don't have to do.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, hat einen tollen Pool und Strand. Insgesamt ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Blick auf das Schloss ist wunderschön. Unsere Suite war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Badezimmer und der Balkon boten viel Platz, jedoch ein paar der Möbel schon etwas verschlissen. Die Mitarbeitenden sind äußert freundlich und bemüht. Ein Großteil des Personals spricht kein oder nur sehr wenig englisch. Beim Abendessen gibt es kein Buffet sondern a la carte und die Menüauswahl war sehr einfältig. Es gab jeden Abend Fisch bzw. Tintenfisch. Vegetarische Alternativen wurden nur auf Nachfrage und auch dann sehr monoton geboten. An der Poolbar sind die Preise komplett überteuert. Alles wird auf Plastik- und Papier serviert und der Salat und das Sandwich waren ihren Preis auf keinen Fall wert (Salat sehr simpel und Toast durchnässt und mit rohen Tomaten)

The hotel is a well maintianed green environment. The fortress is also on its territory, but closed. The pool is simple but good, not heated, but still usable in October. The beach is sand and rocky, the bay is proof from waves. Premium suite is large with a big bathroom complex, but it has got a lot of small spots: no connector at the bed, small uncomfortable chars on the large balcony, no self/drawer in the large gardrobe, scanic recessed but unconfortable tub, dry-rotten wood surface. The HB is higly suggested. The food is good, wine/water is free for the diner.

Accueil chaleureux, luxeux hotel tres spacieux que se soit au niveau des chambres que des espaces partager. Vu extrourdinaire sur le chateau du 18 eme siecle, et la mer.
