お湯が出なくて寒かった。

Das Anwesen ist sehr ruhig inmitten von Weingärten gelegen. Der Garten ist groß mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Sonnenliegen am Pool zur Entspannung. Die Luft ist herrlich, wenn nicht gerade der Benzinrasenmäher läuft. Unsere Juniorsuite hatte einen separaten Eingang über eine Treppe mit kleiner Terrasse, war schattig gelegen und im Zimmer gab es einen Kamin. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte auch zum Heizen (in der Nacht war es noch ziemlich kühl. Das Bett war riesig und bequem, jedoch gibt es als Zudecken nur ein Riesenleintuch. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir Einzelleintücher und Decken dazu. Der Wellnessbereich ist nicht riesig aber ganz passabel mit Naturstein Dampfbad, Sauna, Whirlpool Erlebnisduschen und Relaxliegen mit Aussicht in den Garten. Im Garten gibt es ein grosses rundes Pool, das aber vom Wellneebereich nur über die eine Etage höher gelegene Rezeption zu erreichen ist. Kein direkter Gartenzugang über den Wellnessbereich! Im Haus gibt es ein hervorragendes Restaurant, das auch eine Gourmetpizza Karte anbietet. Im Sommer gibt es auf der Terrasse ausreichend Sitzplätze. Alle Speisen die wir bestellten waren mit feinen Zutaten, auch frischer schwarzer Trüffel, zubereitet und schmeckten ausgezeichnet. Manche Gäste sind mit der Preisgestaltung unzufrieden. Im Vergleich fanden wir die Preise angemessen, vor Allem wenn man die Qualität, das hervorragende Service und Ambiente auch berücksichtigt! Die Zufahrt zum Haus sollte entstaubt werden, bitte!

The staff was friendly and everything was clean, but the accommodation didn’t feel fresh to me. The interior looked dated and at times a bit kitschy. Our bathroom had no ventilation, and the sealant showed black stains, which gave an unhygienic impression. The use of fabric furniture and carpets made the place feel less fresh and luxurious. The welcome was underwhelming: you have to carry your luggage up a steep gravel path yourself, with no assistance from staff, which didn’t feel very hospitable. I also missed a personal touch; the hotel is quite large, which leaves little room for genuine contact or a warm atmosphere. On a positive note, the location is truly beautiful and peaceful. The food was also good. This place has great potential, but in my opinion, it’s in real need of renovation. With a thorough update, it could truly become a top-tier stay.

Great hotel with an excellent restaurant. Rooms were original and beautiful. Very spacious. Service was also excellent. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful pool area and spa.

Property itself was beautiful but it’s so isolated, not any eating places nearby or places to walk, must use a car which is a big downer for me Additionally, I don’t think this hotel was worth the price. It doesn’t feel 4 star in experience, there’s no ac, and you have to leave the door open, the cleaning ladies did a rush job (which doesn’t feel nice or special) there’s no room service should you wish to sleep in and have breakfast All in all it was good but I wouldn’t go back

Koselig hotell, med nydelig uteområde og behagelig innendørs spa. Restauranten var helt ny når vi var der og trenger nok litt mer tid på å komme seg. Ikke veldig imponert over smakene.

This Villa/hotel was everything you need when staying in amazing Tuscany. The rooms were very spacious and romantic. The hotel grounds are ample and very well kept, it looks like a beautiful canvas. The front desk lady named Marina was amazing with the check in process and very helpful and informative. The only issue we had was the food Wich was not to our liking but that’s expected as they don’t have a real dedicated fully operational restaurant so it was fine. There is plenty of options around in Radda and Chianti wich should be explored. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Isolated location (on bumpy gravel road) was less than ideal. The pool was uncomfortably cold on a 25 degree day Long dark hair was found on bathroom floor. Large, pretty comfortable bed. Could do with some updates to address tired ambiance. Needed: written directions for TV controller and more channels, and how to contact front desk from room.

Increible hotel, opciones cerca en carro para comer/cenar. Muy tranquilo. Gran opción si quieres desconectarte unos días. Tiene un spa que ya tiene ciertos servicios incluidos, vale la pena. Definitivo vuelvo!
