Tolles Hotel mit sehr zuvorkommendem Servicepersonal. Anastasija (Seele des Hauses) und Nicolas (Service) waren ausgesprochen freundlich und bemüht. Anlage ist ca. 5 Autominuten von Bars und Restaurants entfernt. Alles war stets sauber. Teilweise Renovierungsarbeiten nötig (Holzboden/Liegen am Pool). Essen hervorragend

Aussicht top – der Rest leider enttäuschend Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und definitiv das Highlight des Hotels. Leider war der restliche Aufenthalt alles andere als zufriedenstellend. Wir hatten eine Private Suite mit Sharing Pool. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber die Dusche war stark verkalkt und nicht gründlich gereinigt. Als „Mini-Bar“ gab es lediglich zwei kleine Flaschen Wasser – kein Nachfüllen während des gesamten Aufenthalts. Der Kleiderschrank und die Schubladen waren beschädigt, staubig und teilweise mit Haaren verschmutzt. Ebenso hatte es einen Whirlepool oder Hot Tub im Zimmer da funktionierte die Sprudelfunktion nicht & da war auch alles grün verkalkt. Das Frühstück war für uns das schwächste, das wir je erlebt haben – einzig die frisch zubereiteten Spiegeleier waren gut. Viele Produkte kamen aus der Dose, obwohl die Karte frische Zutaten versprach. Zahlreiche Gerichte aus der Karte waren gar nicht verfügbar. Eine Woche lang gab es keinen Fisch – und das direkt am Meer. Der Strandbereich war ebenfalls enttäuschend: kaputte, durchgelegene und harte Liegen, viele Ameisen, lose Holzbretter, die wackelten, und herausragende Nägel – eine echte Stolperfalle. Der Service war neutral – weder freundlich noch unfreundlich, aber auch nicht das, was man unter gutem Service versteht. Fazit: Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, doch in allen anderen Bereichen erfüllt das Hotel keine 4-Sterne-Ansprüche. Für uns gibt es nur einen Stern – und der ist ausschließlich für die Lage.

Ansich eine sehr schöne Unterkunft allerdings war der Whirlpool nicht sauber . Einige Renovierungen würden nicht schaden wie zb. Der Boden bei unser unternterkunft die sichtschutz Mauer . Dan gingen einige Lichtschalter nicht der Handtuchhalter war lose uvm.

Sometime the wait was crazy long (over one hour at one point). They almost never brought the dishes at the same time so me. Sometimes they forgot part of the order. Staff was shy and felt uncomfortable speaking English. Couldn’t answer simple questions. The pool could use some upgrading, but worked fine to cool off. Sunbeds by the water had a super thin mattress and were quite uncomfortable. Some sunbeds by the beach were broken and the sun beds by the pool had seen better days but worked fine. The cleaning staff did not read the do not disturb sign and knocked and opened the door a couple of times when we did not expect it. Nothing was on time: transfer to/ from the airport, the boat ride, the food etc.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit ruhiger aber sehr schöner Lage. Einkauf und Restaurants in Reichweite. Liegen am Strand sind teilweise im Schatten und ausreichend vorhanden. Frühstück ist okay - guter Standard. Sauberkeit ziemlich gut bis auf die Toiletten im UG - die waren nicht zumutbar, sodass man wenn man am Strand war immer ins Zimmer musste um auf Toilette zu gehen. Die Zimmer wiederum sind gut ausgestattet, klimatisiert, gemütlich und funktional eingerichtet. Der Meerblick vom Balkon ist fantastisch.

We have a excellent time at the Gloria Maris the staff were very friendly and very helpful, from the reception, the restaurant and the bartenders, the food was delicious and the view from the room was a breath taking, an overall was a fantastic experience I will definitely recommend to anyone

Beautiful location

Although the hotel is in need of some serious repairs on the common areas and is clearly undergoing renovations on rooms (there is a mix of old and new) we really liked the vibe at the hotel. A huge minus was the breakfast with the warm food being served cold. Staff was very friendly and helpful, nice cocktails made at the bar and the hotel’s driver was a cool guy with high guide-potential! We enjoyed both laying at the pool and at the small beach below the hotel as we like tranquility during the day. We recommend renting a boat at the hotel as it is more convenient than going to the harbor. We are definitely coming back, a stay is already booked. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything was superb except the location of our executive seaview room which was located close to the caretaker/cleaning room, which gave us some bad fumes/odor and also alot of noice when the washer/dryer was operated (Pretty much constantly until nightfall).

Geweldig hotel met fantastisch acces to the beach. Heerlijk bed op kamer. Geweldige douche. Mooi uitzicht (wij hebben uitzicht aan zee geboekt. Heerlijk zwembad met veel Bedjes. Goed restaurant. Ontbijt top. Meer dan voldoende keuze. Aan zee geweldige locatie om te liggen op super bedjes. Direct aan zee.

+ Pool und die Sicht auf das Meer + Zimmer - Das Hotel war nicht sauber, auch die Zimmer wurden nicht gross gereinigt - Wenn man Getränke oder Essen bestellte, musste man mindestens 1 Stunde warten - Das Frühstück war immer gleich. Für guten Cappuccino oder einen „frischen“ Orangensaft musste man zusätzlich zahlen = War nicht im Frühstück inbegriffen - Man muss für die Taxis immer bar bezahlen, auch vom Hotel aus = Bargeld dabei haben im 2023 - Das Geschirr am Pool oder in der Anlage wurden teilweise bis zum nächsten Tag nicht abgeräumt, generell war es ausserhalb des Pools nicht sauber, auch Scherben lagen rum, was Verletzung am Fuss als Folge hatte. Die Flecken wurden nicht gereinigt (siehe Foto) - Die meisten Liegen am Pool sind in die Jahre gekommen Zusammengefasst handelt es sich hierbei um ein überteuertes Hotel, was in keinster Weise einem normalen 4 Sterne Hotel nahe kommen würde. Schade.

Where do I begin... No one to take the bags up to the room on the 3rd floor was our 'welcome'. Breakfast SUCKED! Didn't provide change of towels or soap. The blond lady at the front desk, Mary, tried to rip us off on every taxi/trip/boat booking...Unreal!

Nice resort in a very beautiful and quiet place, greta staff, clean and fresh room(garden view) with everyday cleaning service and really good breakfast which was included. Friendly staff and ability to book taxi and tours directly from the hotel. I tried "keri caves tour" and can highly recommend it. I did it in a very small group and we got possibility to sweem in a clear and blue water. I olso saw a couple of turtules on the way to caves. Area has a couple of local tavernas with a good food which are not a part of the hotel zone and small shop. Hotel has also a restaurant with a great view and a really good food.

Het is een fijn hotel, personeel is enorm behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt direct aan zee. Het uitzicht is fantastisch mooi. Je hebt wel een vervoermiddel nodig. Aan het ontbijt ontbreekt niks. Wij hebben een heerlijk tijd gehad.
