ホテルのハード面部分(お部屋、プール、テラス、外観、内装)などはロマンチックでラグジュアリーでセンス良く、最高の空間です。 ただスタッフの方々の対応がとても残念でした。 モロッコでたまに感じた事ですが、アジア人差別のようなものがあるように感じます。 マネージャークラスの方々はプロフェッショナルな対応で問題なかったのですが、 レストランのスタッフやレセプションの方、特に女性に態度の悪さを感じてしまいました。 私たちは英語が割と流暢に話せるので、言葉の問題ではないと思います。 他の白人のお客さんと明らかに違う態度をとられ、5つ星ホテルでこんな対応をされるなんてがっかりしてしまいました。 朝食も、他の5つ星ホテルに比べたら、内容も物足りなく、あまり美味しくなかったです。。 外観、内観、ホテルの雰囲気がいい分、サービスももう少しよくなればもっと最高のホテルになるかと思います。

手違いで予約がとれておらず、急遽違うホテルになったのですが、きちんと電話送迎すべて対応していただき、2泊目はお詫びに空きがあったようでグレードアップまでしてくれました。綺麗だし、マラケシュの市内より車で10分くらいと思いますが空気もマラケシュ市内よりきれいで快適です。

Beautiful hotel. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. Our suite (Oriental Suite) was huge and very well appointed, very comfortable and considered for travellers. The pool is heaven-sent after a long hot day exploring, although it’s very quiet (maybe a good or bad thing depending on your preference for atmosphere). The food at the hotel is ok - not the best or worst we had in Morocco, but it’s good enough. Good location just outside of the Medina for a quick 50Dh taxi ride to most places of interest. Good value, I would stay here again for sure.

The facility was very well maintained. Our room had a solarium, and we had breakfast every morning in there. The only complaint was that for vegetarians they struggled to understand about proteins. They stated we would get a vegetable tangine with lentils, but instead ended up with just a tangine of beans. This was disappointing.

Our third stay at Dar Rhizlane and another excellent experience. We will definitely be returning next year. Our rooms have all been wonderful but this was probably the nicest yet and we have stayed, so far, in a Classic, Deluxe and a Suite with private garden. The restaurant is great, the gardens beautiful and staff are lovely and very welcoming. A perfect example of Moroccan hospitality. Thank you.

Hotel lindo da super bem localizado.

This was our second visit to Dar Rhizlane and it did not disappoint. Beautiful rooms and grounds. The restaurant was also excellent. Throughout our stay, staff were very friendly and attentive. Thank you.

Very well presented hotel, great service and delicious food

I cannot say enough about this stunning property and their hospitality! We just left after 3 nights and we were so sad to leave. The staff is all incredible - so kind, so attentive and welcoming. Fatima was INCREDIBLE. She made everything so easy and seamless for us, including arranging a private English speaking tour guide who was wonderful. She also arranged to have a local henna artist come and do my tattoos right at the hotel. The Moroccan people have the kindest hearts and most welcoming nature. We could not have been happier with our stay and can’t wait to go back. You will not regret staying here, you just might not want to leave! Five stars all around. Thank you for an amazing and memorable experience, Dar Rhizlane! And to Fatima, you know you’re my favorite and it’s for good reason! You showed us such kindness and care. We will remember you always!

Tout est PARFAIT!

Hôtel très très cher pour le résultat avec des chambres sur la route très bruyantes, une piscine petite et peu profonde. Pour avoir une chambre plus au calme, les chambres n’avaient pas de jour direct mais au travers d’un petit salon. Alors qu’il y avait la CAN, il n’y avait aucune chaîne qui fonctionnait sur les télés de la chambre pour voir les matchs de foot de cette coupe africaine des nations. Nous avons payé très cher : 750 euros par jour et par chambre pour des prestations qui ne valaient pas ce prix là!

Dar Rhizlane is a beautiful hotel with friendly & attentive staff. We’ve had a perfect couple of days relaxing here. It’s away from the bustle of the city - but close enough for a pleasant walk to the medina or short taxi ride to other sites.
