ホテルのハード面部分(お部屋、プール、テラス、外観、内装)などはロマンチックでラグジュアリーでセンス良く、最高の空間です。 ただスタッフの方々の対応がとても残念でした。 モロッコでたまに感じた事ですが、アジア人差別のようなものがあるように感じます。 マネージャークラスの方々はプロフェッショナルな対応で問題なかったのですが、 レストランのスタッフやレセプションの方、特に女性に態度の悪さを感じてしまいました。 私たちは英語が割と流暢に話せるので、言葉の問題ではないと思います。 他の白人のお客さんと明らかに違う態度をとられ、5つ星ホテルでこんな対応をされるなんてがっかりしてしまいました。 朝食も、他の5つ星ホテルに比べたら、内容も物足りなく、あまり美味しくなかったです。。 外観、内観、ホテルの雰囲気がいい分、サービスももう少しよくなればもっと最高のホテルになるかと思います。

手違いで予約がとれておらず、急遽違うホテルになったのですが、きちんと電話送迎すべて対応していただき、2泊目はお詫びに空きがあったようでグレードアップまでしてくれました。綺麗だし、マラケシュの市内より車で10分くらいと思いますが空気もマラケシュ市内よりきれいで快適です。

Like a magic garden! Staff was wonderful. I stayed in the suite Blanch. The white suite and it was nicer than pictures. Very large terrace over looking court yard. Food was very good. I took a cooking class that was fun and learned a lot. I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel just enjoying it!

Very friendly service. All the people at the property very polite and ready to help with anything and everything. We would love to stay there again.

Um Hotel fantástico com uma equipe excepcional. O Hotel é muito bem localizado e a decoração linda . O café da manhã tem tudo que vc desejar , incluído na diária . O restaurante tb é excelente e o hotel disponibiliza para os hóspedes um Curso de Comida Marroquina (cuscuz)Nota 10 em tudo, super recomendo , além de ser um Hotel super aconchegante , diferente dos grandes hotéis .

Excellent séjour

I was very disappointed to see the swimming pool having relied upon the photographs presented on your site. No adult could swim in this pool and hence you have my score of average. Breakfast was excellent and the grounds are also very well kept. The staff were polite and helpful. Massage in the Spa was also good. I like to swim on my holidays and quietly laze somewhere around a decent pool. From the photographs on your site I genuinely believed the pool at the Dar Rhizlane was one I could use to swim. This is not the case - it is a sunbathing area. Had I not paid in advance I would have left after my first night.
