部屋は広く十分 トイレ・シャワーが共用であったが、他の宿泊者とかち合うことなく、そこまで苦でなかった

The bed was spacious and comfortable

友人と3人でtriple room, shared bathroomに2泊した。ダビデ像のあるアカデミア美術館には歩いていけ、そこからドゥオーモにも行け、ホテル近くにはレストランも沢山あって立地はとめも良かった。近年リノベでもしたのか、内装は新しく、Wi-Fiも十分な速さで、バスタオルもある。ホテル向かいと横にレストランがあるせいか、夜は23時過ぎまで話し声が聞こえた。 共用バスルームのはずだったが、共用なのはトイレだけで、部屋にシャワーと洗面台があった。ただ壁に囲まれたシャワー“ルーム“ではなく、壁際に「の形でまた壁があり（3方向が壁）、あとはガラスドアがあった。上手く表現できないが、つまり覗けば見えてしまうレイアウトだった。 共用のトイレはフロアにあり、そこにシャワーもあった。トイレはフロアに複数あるようだ。 注意すべき点は、チェックイン方法である。宿泊が近くなるとホテルから事前チェックインのメールが送られてくる。宿泊する全員の住所や氏名を入力し、IDとグリーンパス（コロナワクチンの証明書や陰性証明書）をアップロードしなければならない。内容に問題なければホテルからメールでホテル入室のためのパスコードがメールで送られてくる。ホテルは建物の2階にあり、建物に入るためのパスコードと、建物に入って階段を上がった先にあるホテルに入るためのパスコードが必要だ。無事ホテルに入れれば、フロントデスクの上に宿泊者代表の名前が書かれた紙と部屋の鍵、Wi-Fiのパスワードが書かれた紙が置いてあるので、あとは部屋に入るだけだ。チェックイン時にフロントマンに会う必要がないので、深夜でもチェックインできる。マイナスポイントはないのでまた泊まりたい。

駅から少し距離があります。 フロントの対応時間が限られています。 仮に13時から17時くらいに着いてもスタッフは居ません。 本来であれば前日にパスワードが送られて来ると思いますが、来なかったからホテルに入れなかった。これはとても問題です。 それ以外はよかったが、入れなかった場合重たい荷物をまた駅まで運びコインロッカーを探す必要がある。 予約には注意が必要。

とても安くて助かった。 部屋は小さかったが、空調がとてもしっかりしていた。 洗面所、トイレ、シャワーは共同利用だったが、 設備はキレイでよかった。 2〜3部屋で１つのシャワー、トイレ、洗面所を使う程度のものだったと思う。 ホテルの場所が少し見つけにくかった。

WiFi無料と書いてあるが、部屋でWiFiはほとんどつながらず、皆ロビーにデバイスを持ち込んで接続していた。シャワールームは恐ろしく狭く、冷蔵庫もなかった。ホテル内にランドリー設備があるとかかれていたが実際には存在しなかった（徒歩数分のところにコインランドリーあり）。ホテルの周りはあまり治安が良くない。

Limpieza, cuenta con lo necesario

Great location! Short walk from the train station & to all the sights like the Academia Gallery, the Duomo, Uffizi gallery, the Ponte Vecchio bridge and the Arno River. I found it be safe to walk to and from the town center for late dinners or whatever. When my room’s temperature got a little warm I just opened a window and it cooled down right away. The manager & staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. Easy to check in and out. Be aware the walls are thin so noisy guests can be an issue. I just used my headphones & ear plugs to remedy the issue easily. Thank you

I loved the location, a few minute walk to all of the sites, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for other travelers

This place is one step up from living on the streets. We booked 3 nights but only stayed one

Lit Confortable

Staff were very good. No air conditioning until May apparently. The bathroom was small but everything worked. We had a few mosquitoes and the cleaning person brought us a little pad with repellent. The walls were paper thin so you could hear every word from other guests. Bring your ear plugs. The location was very convent and the cafe on the corner has the best staff.

El hotel es antiguo y si está retirado a unos 15 minuyde la estación de tren, pero cumple su función para dormir. Los pasillos son reducidos y se escucha un poco el ruido hacia adentro de la habitación. La habitación contó con dos recámaras ambas con cama matrimonial y un baño completo que aunque chico, cumple muy bien con su función.. nos recibió Marcelo y nos atendio muy bien además de darnos algunos consejos.

The location was fabulous. We walked everywhere in Florence. Our room had an en suite, shower and toilet, comfy queen size bed, simple but clean, friendly staff and everything we needed.
