食事はとても美味しいです.海の見える部屋なら景色も最高です. スッタフはフレンドリーで英語が通じます。日本語を話すスタッフは居ませんでした。 ヨーロッパのホテルに多いのですが、歯ブラシは置いてありませんでした。電気ポットとコーヒーなどのアメニティは有りました。 残念な点は、プールの営業時間が9:00-18:00と短く(20:00位まで日が照っているのに)ビーチタオルをレンタルするのに、一枚につき20ユーロのデポジットが必要でした。 朝食の時間も8:00-11:00とちょっと遅めです。 総合的にはとても良くまた滞在したいホテルです。

パルマ海岸と比べると落ち着いた港町です。ホテルはのんびり滞在したいヒトにお勧めです。

Nice pool area and location

Whilst having been to the resort many times, I gave never stayed in a hotel and the Diana with its location, beautiful pool area and very helpful staff was superb. As a bonus, the cycle store was great for storage and repair, if required. Thank you!

Noise from other rooms loud very thin walls

Well appointed rooms and perfectly maintained. Very pleasent staff and habing the pool/bar area with sunloungers and towels was a big bonus.

Everything you could want for a hotel stay. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff in all areas. Lovely internal and external bar areas. Great breakfast.

First hotel is NOT adults only. An adult is 18 years plus but 14. We had a sea view room on 3rd floor which was excellent. Lovely and clean with a very comfortable bed. Make sure if you’ll book one thought that you ask for at least level 3 , any lower and all you will see is a large tree that grows in front of hotel and not much sea. Good choice for breakfast although hot food could have been warmer. They also need more than 2 coffee machines to come when busy. Main complaint was the waiting staff clearing tables very miserable and actually quite rude. They really should not reach across guests to clear plates when they are still eating. This happened most days so was not one particular waiter but most of them Plenty of sun beds around pool available when we were there but many of better positioned ones still reserved for hours on end with no obvious policing by pool staff removing towels after 30 mins unattended as they claim.

Perfect location, central but not noisy. Immediate access into the front promenade and beach.

Great hotel in the heart of Port De Pollença. Lovely breakfast and the lemon bar is perfect for a sundowner.

Fabulous penthouse room with sea view. Very large and comfy bed. Tepid breakfast, often no cups for tea or coffee and things running out no replaced quickly!

Værelser var til baggård eller ud til vej, men vi havde heller ikke betalt for andet. Rent og pænt men ikke noget specielt. Dog er lokationen, lounge, restaurant og pool område verdensklasse! Helt fantastisk hotel, morgenmaden super god, poolbaren og poolområdet virkelig fint, og lokationen fåes ikke bedre!

Excellent location in a fantastic resort. Single room was adequate but no balcony and very limited view. Pool area is excellent however the smell in the downstairs toilets is overbearing. Breakfast terrace location is superb. Only thing that let it down was the watery orange juice and the slow coffee machines which caused queue's. All my negatives were things that I had read on reviews prior to travelling.

Location of hotel in the heart of the resort. Pool for the exclusive use of the residents is excellent but I did see non residents using the pool. Hotel could do with a freshen up and some of the staff were not engaging. They were in the minority. Our room was a bit disappointing and it had no view whatsoever. We were at the bottom of the price per night so maybe this was to be expected. Being on the first floor the noise from the floor above was not great. Breakfast was good and the quality of the food was good. Having to queue to reserve a bed by the pool was a pain. Overall good hotel with a great location. Would use again.

The Daina is great place to relax and perfectly located to enjoy everything Puerto Pollensa has to offer. Swimming pool is lovely but having to get up at 8.30am to secure a sunbed is ridiculous, especially as a simple logistical change would solve the problem. Management team should think a bit harder about guest satisfaction.

It was in a much busier area than shown on the Expedia website. Very busy time of year, but beautiful view over the coast.
