部屋は清潔でスタッフの対応も良く、空港から近い。 特に朝食のレベルが高く、バラエティが豊富で味も良く毎朝楽しみだった。 旧市街から少し離れているが、空港から近い場所が良い場合にはかなりオススメ。

Room is clean and spacious. But interior decor is common. In terms of amenity, I used gym and good facility but unfortunately spa was closed early so　I could not use it. Our conceirge is not so much service oriented. But those are trivial things. It was good stay and room is clean and relaxing. It all that matters.

Staff was dismissive and lacking in service very much. Ordered coffee at breakfast, never received it. At dinner, ordered wine and received very small glasses, then it took having to wave staff to come over to then pour another little glass. Staff did not want to help with anything.

The hotel lost water for a whole day! And also power the elevators were not working. You can imagine the up and down stairs going to the 9th floor

Adrianna at the front desk was SUPER helpful with everything. I got in early on a red eye and she helped me get a room in good time. I also needed my dress pressed quickly because I was changing hotels the next day and she helped get that done fast! Everyone was kind and it was clean great JW property!

Excelente experiencia. El hotel está en muy buen estado. La limpieza es excepcional tanto en las áreas comunes como en la habitación. Fui con mi esposa a celebrar nuestro aniversario de bodas y disfrutamos de varios servicios como el SPA, el jacuzzi, la piscina y el restaurante. En todos los servicios la atención fue muy buena, el personal se esfuerza por brindar un sevicio que más allá de lo esperado. Lo único para mejorar, es que no fue posible habilitar la calefacción de la habitación y en horas de la madrugada la temperatura bajó bastante.

EL gimnasio es chico y creo que MUY apreatadas las maquinas, se ve muy desordenado y no hay toallas.

I would stay there again. It's a large hotel (300 rooms?), probably built in the 1980 but extremely well maintained. The staff is extraordinarily helpful and the breakfast buffet is lavish. The hotel is in a relatively upper-class area, Chapinero, studded with upscale restaurants; it's the place to stay. Although it is about a long 30-40 minutes by car from the museums and other tourists attractions in the old colonial and crazily busy center of Bogotá, it is easy and safe to use both taxis and Ubers. The only surprise was that the hotel has no central heating, especially given that Bogotá is almost always cool, but they lent us a portable electric heater and in the end we were very comfortable.
