サンラファエルの中心地で目の前がビーチ。駐車場は無いがすぐ近くに公共パーキングがありとても便利。 ホテルは新しくはないが清潔でフランスらしさを満喫できる。ビーチが眺めることができる部屋に宿泊。オフシーズンのサンラファエルを起点にコート‣ダ・ジュールを満喫できた。

鉄道駅からも歩いて5分くらいなので、便利でした。目の前に広がる砂浜と海、近くにはレストランも複数並んでいて、ロケーションは最高です。スーパーも近いです。ホテル内にはエレベータもありました。アメニティはロクシタン。清潔なホテルです。地元の人に混じって、海を眺めながら、テラスで食べる朝食もよかったです。お勧めです。

Très déçue par mon séjour. J’avais réservé une chambre avec vue mer, telle qu’elle était présentée sur les photos de l’annonce. À mon arrivée, je me suis retrouvée avec une chambre qui ne correspondait pas du tout à celle réservée : mobilier très vieillissant, salle de bain datée alors que les photos montraient une chambre bien plus moderne, et aucune baignoire contrairement à ce qui était annoncé. Concernant la vue, il ne s’agissait pas d’une véritable vue mer mais simplement d’un aperçu mer, ce qui est très différent de ce qui était vendu lors de la réservation. J’ai signalé ces problèmes à la réception, mais aucune solution satisfaisante ne m’a été proposée, alors même que j’ai payé le tarif plein. À cela s’ajoute la présence de mouches dans la chambre, ce qui n’est pas acceptable pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Pour le prix demandé, je trouve le rapport qualité-prix extrêmement mauvais. Je regrette sincèrement ce séjour et je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel.

Je recommande séjourner dans cet hôtel. La plage à 2 pas, sable, propre, excellent restaurant, équipe sympathique.

The hotel was overall okay despite several disappointing issues. The check-in process was extremely long — nearly 25 minutes of waiting, which is hardly acceptable after a trip. During a heatwave, the air conditioning in the room did not work on the first night, making the room extremely hot and difficult to tolerate. The most disappointing part, however, was the reception service. When I asked for a late check-out, the young receptionists unfortunately refused without making any real effort to find a solution. In addition, a second receptionist who was still in training joined the discussion simply to repeat the hotel policy, without any real listening or willingness to help. This attitude made the interaction even more unpleasant. Fortunately, later that evening I spoke with another receptionist who was far more professional and managed to find a solution. The following day, the head of reception was also professional and helpful. This is unfortunate because in a hotel of this category, one expects genuine customer service and a professional welcome.

Accueil du personnel excellent, personnes très prévenantes et à l'écoute. Belle chambre propre avec une demande satisfaite pour avoir 2 lits séparés. Point détail: absence de support pour les serviettes salle de bain.

Mysigt hotel vid havet med super trevlig personal men... hotellet behöver en uppfräschning. Lite målarfärg och nya mattor så skulle hotellet ge en helt annan känsla. Mer som ett bra 3 stjärnigt. Också, att inte ha duschdraperi på ett sk 4 stjärnigt hotel där man tvättar både sig själv och hela badrummet samtidigt är inte helt OK.

I’ve large room with a view on the sea.

L’hôtel est bien placé en bord de plage, mais il est vieillissant. Nous n’avons pas eu de wi-fi dans la chambre et l’hôtel n’a pas non plus de parking. Nous sommes obligés de payer plus de 20 € pour laisser la voiture la journée.

Old school hotel with much charm. Perfect location. Sea view rooms are a must. Their restaurant is really worth visiting!

The location of the hotel is fantastic. The food was excellent. The room was tiny and old. I would still come back.

Really liked this place which offered a restaurant on premises, right across the street you got the fair, lots of restaurants and live entertainment at night and the most important thing the beach right outside your door. Also, the fair is nearby
