Always impecable service, excellent location

One of the nicest hotel stays I have ever had anywhere in the world. Staff was friendly and welcoming and attentve, room was spacious and clean with a lovely view of the nearby park and the entire experience was a pleasure. Breakfast was delicious and a perfect start to the day.

We loved staying there! It's in a great neighborhood that has everything you could need or want. The rooms are so nice and the restaurant is also really good.

Staff was EXTREMELLY nice and make me feel at home. Everybody called me by my first name, and they always tried their best to make me feel like home. THANKS SO MUCH. I will stay there again for sure.

Hotel com excelente localização em Bogotá, próximo de parques e da zona T, região cheia de lojas e restaurantes. Quarto amplo e confortável, bom café da manhã e ótimo atendimento!

Just that the a/c did not work properly

Very clean, good location, nice staff, very good breakfast, and big rooms.

Great hotel +++++ Almost everything is very good at this hotel. Nice staff. The only negatve we could come up with is the one evening they forgot to turn off for the pool, but they quickly turned it off after we complained.

Gutgelegenes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Zimmer war schön, gut eingerichtet, mit guter Aussicht. Schönes Badezimmer. Das inbegriffene Frühstück im Bistro war sehr umfangsreich. Auf dem Dach hat es ein geheiztes Schwimmbad mit toller Aussicht über Bogota.
