Beautiful chateau with highly individual rooms and lots of quirky collectables throughout. We had a wonderful stay at the chateau and we were made to feel very welcome. The owners are very hands on and you can tell they are keen to offer their guests the very best experience. Dinner outside on the lawn was very special and the quality of the food was excellent. The swimming pool was also much appreciated as the temperature in France when we stayed was incredibly hot. We would certainly come back to this chateau again.

Excellent stay just off main auto route, beautiful design classic rooms, lovely heated outside pool surrounded by beautiful gardens. Evening set menu was excellent with aperitifs on the terrace with the other guests. Continental breakfast was excellent and varied. Very dog friendly including the restaurant, we will be staying here again.

This is really a very special place. A beautiful French Chateau, the owners and their staff make you feel like very welcome guests in their home. We enjoyed aperitifs with the other guests and then a delicious meal in a beautiful dining room filled with antiques original features. Our bedroom was very beautiful, with a small boudoir over looking the park, claw foot bath and four poster bed. Would highly recommend, especially if you appreciate historic elegance.

The staff were very welcoming both to us and our dog. The evening meal was absolutely delicious and the breakfast was fresh and beautifully presented. I’m about to book my next visit.

Beautiful house, grounds and pool. Attentive staff and nice food. Really enjoyed our one night stay. A bit difficult to find with sat nav so watch carefully for the brown signs.

Absolutely wonderful staff, amazing property. Stayed in a quiet room with our family, having direct access to the gardens. Special mention also to the Chef de Cuisine: he created a beautiful dinner, which was enjoyed very much by our children as well. A truly unique hotel well worth visiting.

The building is stunning. The room was great. The grounds are beautiful. The pool area is super relaxing. Dogs are welcome and there is enough space for them to roam free. Maybe annoying if you don’t like dogs! Continental breakfast is very good but is a bit overpriced at €18. That’s the only complaint. Overall it’s a magical place.

Selected the hotel as an overnight stay en route to Le Mans purely on the basis of its location. But what a gem it turned out to be. Fantastic property, tremendous food and wonderful hosts.

This is an outstanding place. All guests meet for a apero on the terrace or indoors if the weather doesn’t permit. Everyone dines together and it’s table dhote. You will not be disappointed. It’s a family run affair so don’t expect big brand or chain facilities. I would recommend without hesitation having visited four years consecutively

We absolutely love this property. This is our 3rd stay here. It has olde world charm, beautiful ambiance, lovely staff, lots of amenities and dog friendly. What’s not to like. All guests meet for drinks prior to dinner and eat at the same time. Unusual, yes but it works.
