とても清潔感があり、室内も広かった。 街中にあるため、徒歩で充分だったのがポイント高かった。 １つマイナス点と言えば、部屋の鍵は１つしかなかったが、その鍵がないとエレベーターが作動しなかったため、パートナーとの別行動が難しかった。

Lovely clean apartment with beautiful interior. The man on reception was welcoming & very helpful. Loved the location, so close to shopping centre & multiple dining options.

Reception went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment was a two bedroom unit that was large and roomy. The unit was clean and tidy with all the facilities required for a weeks stay. There is a large shopping center, bus station and the local RSL within walking distance. The surf beach and surf club was about 20 minutes walk. Overall an enjoyable stay

Had a really great stay for two nights. Brilliant location close to major shopping centre, nice and quiet, wonderful apartment.

Actually loved the attitude of the lovely friendly young lady that booked us in . Nothing was a problem and really loved 😍what she did . Given the opportunity i would of left her a gift 🎁 . Time was tight . But thank you young lady for your service 🙏

Excellent location to shops , cafes and restaurants. Ple ty of room at the property. Enjoyable stay

- they allow smoking at the property and apparently everyone smokes here, you can’t open a window or use balcony due to smoke drift - noisey, there seems to be some questionable looking people who live in the complex, and the amount of noise they make all hours of the night is bizarre, loud music and yelling a lbs swearing at the top of their lungs not sure why - there are uneven surfaces and loose tiles which are very dangerous - they like to make the previous renter clean the kitchen etc all cups, cutlery and plates not clean properly and requires cleaning before use - terrible view of waste land - paper thin walls - not cheap - pay the extra $50 and stay at the other place you are considering, not sleeping for your entire stay is not worth any small amount of money you might save staying here. I won’t be staying at Norton apartments again

Not clean, we stayed during holidays and paid too $ for what was referred to as a deluxe room. The carpets had not even been vacuumed with food scraps all over the floor, plates and cutlery all had to be washed again as not clean either. There were no baking trays or the right utensils to cook food. Fry pans had cooked on filth, I spent hours cleaning the apartment so that it was sanitary for us to eat. Very rich that you have to pay a $300 bond and threatened with cleaning fees if the property isn’t left spotless when you leave. They don’t seem to employ cleaners and expect guests to clean the accommodation for them

Beautiful area with all amenities, nice apartment with amazing huge terrace, well equipped, good quality sets cutlery and crockery, good entertainment centre, clean dishwasher and utensils, comfortable beds and furniture. En-suite shower/bath only suitable for people shorter than 160 cm.

Booking was for 2 Adults & 2 teenage children & was meant to be a queen size bed and 2 twin beds .But it was 2 queen size beds which was unsuitable

An excellent property.

Overall it was a good stay. Great location and walking distance to shops and dining options. Room could do with a bit of upkeep. Light switch was faulty, tv in bedroom had terrible sound, shower was very pokey and light cover looked like it was going to fall off. No towels in room on arrival, this was promptly rectified with a call to the after-hours service.
